I acquired several Zanetto pieces that were broken, missing parts and severely tarnished. Their WhatsApp service was unbelievable with regards to assisting me to identify the items and offered to repair several items. The repair and desperation service was very efficient and the pieces were returned in impeccable condition. Highly recommend.
