I had to pay $18 to return a $40 mat. That makes it incredibly hard to compete with Target where I purchased a travel mat of equal quality and know that I could return easily. Wish you the best.

Is yune yoga a scam? Why can I not get ahold of anyone about making a return?
The product is pretty crappy to be honest, it is an extremely short strap, so you can barely put it over your shoulder, and definitely cannot wear it comfortably across body. The general design is also quite dumb, the strap is made from a very slippery material, and the loop on the end have to be manually threaded each time you want to put it on your bag. Because the material is so slippery, it slides through the loops constantly.
I am actually very disappointed with the product, but even more disappointed with customer service (if it even exists).

The towels are decent quality and look nice. They're not super luxurious but perfect for daily use. The ordering process was easy, and shipping was fast.

I ordered early Dec as a Christmas present and still don’t have mat. It was stuck at ‘port.’ Rep said they would throw in a free strap. Tracking shows a label was created but product never sent. And it’s been weeks! I’ve been patient but now just want a refund.

If I court give 0 stars I would. Why take orders promising delivery by Xmas when you don’t have the product in stock? Would not buy from you again. You haven’t even sent me the item yet and are asking for a review. F off

Slow deliver, backordered, did not make it by Christmas and showed the wrong product was ordered.

My order was delayed 4 weeks. Something about shipment being stuck at port. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift and here it is jan 3 and still nothing? Not happy.

I heard from Yune Yoga after they saw my review. They said they had my yoga mat out in 2 days, but UPS held delivery up. I believe them, and I want to apologize for not checking with them first.
