Well, the mat itself is just as described. However, I ordered it months ago. And, after receiving no news of the order for weeks, I ordered it again (thinking I must have somehow not ordered it). The first one was ordered in the early summer, just when a new yoga studio opened up in my town. The second one was ordered in late summer. When neither came, I was gifted another yoga mat. I just received both orders this week (mid-October) in separate shipments and now have 3 mats. Had I known the shipping would take so long, I would never have ordered these to begin with.

Ordered this Yoga mat LAST SPRING! Just showed up this week. After many attempts to get the status of the order, and then repeatedly asking for a refund I got NO RESPONSE. They have the worst customer service!

Good customer service. Delivery was running late so I reached out and they were very informative.

Ordered the mats on July 25th. It’s October 10th and they still are not here. A shipping label was created on October 2nd but the tracking says UPS still has not received the package. These were supposed to be a Birthday gift for my daughter. Her birthday was at the end of August. I feel disappointed and frankly scammed.

Are you kidding? How do I like my product? WHAT PRODUCT???? I ordered in June and still haven't received anything. It's now October and I keep getting emails about writing a review so here it is.... I emailed back and forth multiple times with the owner, but I keep getting the run-around....the product got held up at customs, we got the wrong thing, we're sending out tracking info soon, etc...I'VE RECEIVED NOTHING! No product, no refund, nothing! If anything happens to show up on my doorstep in another 5 months, I'll update.

I have not received my purchase. Yet, I have been making payments for it.

Placed an order a month ago and have not received it yet. even tho they keep telling me to expect an order soon.

The product itself was very good and very informative about tracking your purchase.

The mat is beautiful and not slippy at all.

Ease of ordering, and shipping was free and fast. Bought this for my granddaughter, she is very pleased.

I will say the responsiveness of the company while I was waiting over a month for my yoga mat was excellent. I give them props for that. I can be patient ...but when I actually got to try out the mat, I was intensely disappointed. I tried to stray away from Amazon so I could get better quality. This mat sinks straight to the floor and holds zero support. My hand and feet slip and slide all over it and the mat even shifts around on the hard floor. I do yoga almost every day and need better than this...pretty bummed out.

What made my experience great with Yune Yoga was the customer service Nicholas the owner gave. He was very transparent & helpful in regards to my order. It's hard to come across top tier customer service like his these days & fast responses! Thank you Nicholas, I really love my yoga mat and can't wait to use it & the yoga strap! I really appreciate the quality in both as well!

Love the new mat. We travel a lot and this may will make it so much easier for to do yoga in a variety of places. Lightweight and easy to pack.

The mat is fabulous. It's thin and folds up compact with a very soft surface and a rubber bottom. I'm super happy with the mat. It's be nice if there was a case option. The only issue I had was that there were delays with shipping and I had to reach out to find out what was going on, rather than the company contacting me when they knew it was delayed. It was worth the wait, but really just wanted to know what was going on when I hadn't gotten a shipping notice within the shop shipping times.

Ordered May 14th. Have called & emailed multiple times with no response. Still no order shipped July 6.

So happy I found this brand. The designs are unique and uplifting, and I love knowing the mats are guru-tested.

These mats are a game-changer. I can feel the quality, and the fact that they’re eco-friendly just makes it better. Plus, the straps and towels match my vibe perfectly!

I love the colors in mine which is a snoopy mat. My sister recommended your mats and I'm sure I will love it. I have only had it one day!
