Customer service is always spot on and products are always great been using for a few years now and have tested how the dogs would be without it and they are definitely stiffer, so they are helping massively.

My dog has been on Yumove joint care tablets for quite a few months now and they are amazing, very quick results and no stiffness whatsoever in her back legs now, they come on time every month so I always have plenty supplies, highly recommended

A proper supplement.
A good product and I think it’s helping my dog who is 15, he still jumps up on the bed which for a little lad is high.
Only one suggestion is at the price point, even with a subscription discount, I would say some additional discount would be fair for loyal and long term customers.

Very quick and efficient! Any problems or queries are dealt with promptly.

My dog a rottie seem to have a slight limp,
Put him on tablets for bone suppliment , he has improved , not sure if he slightly injured himself or had tender paw due to the hot weather,vet could not find anything

My cat takes the number joint care for about 2weeks now and she is much more mobile again. I think it helps her a lot she even gets up the stairs again.

My dog had these for 2 months. It made no difference whatsoever. I’ve given 2 stars for the benefit of doubt that is is used for other dogs, but I found something for her that works much better

Bought joint supplement tablets for my Springer Spaniel. He did not like the tablets so I powder them and put them on his food. Seems to work

Didn’t improve the Dog condition at all complete waste of money

Outstanding products and a great delivery service. My only suggestion would be to notify your customers prior to dispatch so that they can delay a delivery if necessary ?

I was sent an e-mail advising me there was a deal to be had with 30% off, so i took advantage of it. I also had a voucher worth £5, so I tried to apply that to my purchase, but it told me is was not valid for the purchase I was making. So I contacted YuMove and they informed me a code had already been used for the 30% (unknown to me) and therefore that was why my voucher would not work ...... 7 e-mails later and I have given up the will to live. Customer services were very nice and helpful, but ........
I have now been sent the code for this same voucher to be used on a future purchase ...... I wonder how that will go .......

Team very helpful. Ordering is so quick and easy, items laid out well enabling you to browse through the items at your own speed.
If you are going on holiday, they will even hold. Delivery until your return.

I used YuMove for a few years and stopped because my dog passed away. Not only did they send me a card of condolence, they let me return my unopened supplement for a full refund. Will use again, good wholesome company that cares. Not many of them around.

Have used Yumove for many years for two products and both have made a difference to our dogs. Always prompt to advise when an order is about to ship. Has always been great customer service
