When my order failed to arrive I emailed YuMOVE to let them know (it was Royal Mails fault as it had been stuck at one of their sorting offices for 10 days - I’m presuming lost!) Literally the next morning, Viwe (customer service representative) had replied to my email and another one had already been dispatched! Fantastic customer service, very pleased.

Great product. My dog has elbow dysplasia and used to limp. We use YuMOVE along with Physio and she is now able to run, and come on long walks.

I have two dogs on YuMOVE and although it can feel a bit expensive, it genuinely works — and to be fair, there are often promo codes and regular offers that help with the cost.

I’ve seen a real improvement in my 9‑year‑old Boston Terrier’s mobility. She absolutely loves chasing her ball, and she’s noticeably less stiff after exercise now. Her coat has also become silky and shiny, which you can actually see and feel.

Overall, I’m really pleased with the results. It’s made a positive difference to her comfort and energy, so it’s worth it for us.

I placed an order which unfortunately didn't arrive.

I contacted Customer Services regarding this issue and Viwe was absolutely brilliant.

They sent another order out for myself which was tracked and Viwe also stated that if the first order turned up that I could also keep this order as a gesture of Goodwill.

I have been using YuMOVE for many years now and I couldn't recommend them enough.
