I am extremely frustrated with Yuba and their lack of customer support. After contacting their US team, I was redirected to their French support team, but I have yet to receive any response.
Adding to the frustration, the Yuba website falsely claims that the breadbasket is compatible with all Spicy Curry models. This is simply not true, and I have not planned any extra spending as I have the v3 bread basket
It’s disappointing that a brand known for its bikes designed for families cannot provide clear information or responsive customer service. I expected better from Yuba.
