Betaald maar nooit opgestuurd

Ik bestelde een Yepp Joggerwiel via de site, en nat betalen met creditcard bleef de status op niet betaald staan. Ik contacteerde via de site de eigenaars met dit probleem maar kreeg geen reactie.
Ondertussen staat er bij de orderstatus geannuleerd. Ik heb geen idee waarom, Is dit omdat het niet langer leverbaar is of heeft een andere reden, geen idee.
Ik weet alleen dat ik totaal geen reactie krijg van de eigenaars van de webshop en dat ik geen andere manier heb om hen te contacteren dan het online contactformulier. Nu is er dus 66;72euro betaald voor helemaal niets. Ik hoop dat ze door deze review alsnog reageren. Indien zo, ben ik meer dan bereid deze aan te passen of te verwijderen.
