YTSaver is an excellent program
YTSaver is an excellent program for capturing video and audio from many useful and popular websites. It is very well-designed and quite easy to use with a simple interface. The only quirk I have found is that not all of the websites included work all of the time and sometimes it takes a while for them to fix a problem. This is understandable, so be patient. The Lifetime subscription is a good deal, and it states clearly that all updates are included. So do be sure to check that YTSaver will work for your needs and for which websites you are most interested in.
The Customer Service is really responsive and works to be helpful, so I happily give that 7 stars.

Fantastic tool
Fantastic tool – fast, reliable, and super easy to use!
I’ve been using YT Saver for a while now, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. The download speeds are incredibly fast, and I love that it supports so many different formats and websites beyond just YouTube.
The interface is clean and intuitive, so there’s no steep learning curve. My favourite feature is the built-in browser, which makes finding and saving videos a breeze. If you’re looking for a high-quality, stable downloader that actually delivers on its promises, I highly recommend YT Saver!

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE IT!
I BOUGHT THE ULTIMATE PLAN FOR MAC - UP TO 5X MACS FOR $50 2 YEARS AGO. IT BECAME IMPOSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD VIDS. THEY ASK YOU TO EMAIL THEM, BUT THEY WON'T ACTUALLY HELP EXCEPT REPLY YOU TO WAIT. IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR AND IT'S ONLY GOTTEN WORSE. THEY CHANGED MY ULTIMATE PLAN TO STANDARD WITH THE UPDATE. (NOT TO MENTION IT WOULDN'T DOWNLOAD PROPERLY BEFORE THE UPDATE). RIGHT NOW, IT ONLY ASKS ME TO PURCHASE THE NEW "PREMIUM" PLAN TO GET THE SAME PERKS I ALREADY PAID FOR! THIS IS NOT A US COMPANY - SCAMMING AMERICANS FROM OVERSEAS. WOE TO Y'ALL!

They changed their format
They changed their format where you have to sign in to Spotify to download. Spotify will now know exactly what you're doing and ban you from their service.

YT Saver has been reliable for many years so I couldn’t figure out why it just stopped working all of the sudden. Probably because of some Windows updates or something. No worries though they fixed it very quickly for me, even over the weekend. Very good customer service. Thanks

It works absolutely flawlessly
I've tried a lot of the download clients and some of them work initially but then later with the updates they begin to fail miserably. I've had the YT Saver now for about a year and it never disappoints. Last Saturday I had a computer disaster with my Windows 11 machine where the Microsoft one drive screwed everything up. It disables everything and well, I won't go into the horror story here but it was really bad. I couldn't get the YT Saver to re-accept the registration number and sent off an email. The very next day I got an answer and everything was just fine. THAT'S GREAT SERVICE. In the final analysis, no matter what you're selling, you're selling service. The software, the service, is really great and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for this type of client software.
