yoyakunow Reviews

Offered great communication on the importing steps I had to take from delivery type to shipping requirements

From ordering to delivery the company was always in communication. They helped me workout the tariff issue and and I must say the packaging is second to none. If you would like a caring and and great communicating company order here.

Everything was great. 10/10 communication, 10/10 shipping speed, 10/10 in everything overall. Definitely recommend this store and thank you to them.

Quick, good prices, good communication. Very good experience overall.

Great customer service, very polite, and super quick. Also super well packaged and the product was so adorable and well made. Definitely recommended, and will be buying again.

I'm going to have a toy at a very good price and I'll check for the shipping time if it will be ok

The communication that yoyakunow provided on my order was fantastic. Ryota-san in particular made things very clear for me, which is very important when I am a non-Japanese speaker and ordering from outside of Japan.

Despite some ambiguity in the entire purchase/checkout process (which is normal as an international customer), I never felt uneasy that something would prevent me from being able to get my desired purchase!

Thank you again Ryota-san and everyone at yoyakunow!

Great Prime-Performance-Ratio,
Well communicated service.

Great customer service, very comunicative!

Customer service was fantastic, with prompt and gracious replies. The products arrived in a timely and efficient manner, with perfect packaging as well. I cannot recommend enough.

So I ordered the Limited Edition White Dragon Scale Sirbine.
Do not listen to the negative reviews given to this seller!!
I’ve had a fantastic experience and received the item on time to the UK as promised and was lucky to be able preorder one of the few units available.

I imagine this figure will go up in value, so I was very happy for the price.

I will definitely be looking at this site more often.

Thank you

I am so happy with my Jujutsu Kaisen figure! The item arrived clean, safe, and in perfect condition. The team at Yoyakunow is incredibly polite, which made the experience even better. While the shipping took a long time, I know that wasn’t their fault. I love the figure and highly recommend this shop. Thank you, Yoyakunow!

I'm happy with my purchase and the service; the treatment is direct and friendly.

Prices are so good and customer service is excellent.

I recently ordered two Figurart figures and both arrived in an incredibly timely manner, with great communication about shipping options, payment and when they were shipped/tracking by Yoyakunow throughout it all.

Both figures arrived in a beautifully packaged box with great care given to the fact that they'd be on a worldwide trip once shipped out!

I'm now posting reviews on various sites to help them get some more recognition, as it's much deserved. I've already made my second order with them and look forward to many more moving forward!

If you're looking to purchase figures from Japan than Yoyakunow is a great place to do so!

I have nothing but praise and good words to give to the people over at Yoyakunow. I ordered a 1/60 PG Gundam but due to an error in the import code the item never made it through customs and was sent back.

The team at Yoyakunow were very quick to respond to this and very quick to sort out the issue. Their communication with me was on point which reassured me throughout the whole process.

I can honestly and confidently say that Yoyakunow is one of the best sites to go to for Gunpla and action figures! I have since ordered more stuff with them and they’ve all arrived rather quickly and with no issues! To the team running Yoyakunow, thank you! I will definitely be coming to this site for my future preorders!

Very well packed and good price! Definitely will order again. Highly recommended

Great online store to buy figures with an inexpensive price
