Youth & Earth are very informative and provide up to date information of their products, which I have been purchasing for many years. I like the quality and effectiveness, especially V14 because of the number of vitamins and nutrients packed into one.

I like the variety of supplements Y&E offers. I am the ideal candidate to take their powder supplement drinks as I take LOT of supplements every day but hate swallowing pills. I would love to switch to the drinks but sadly they include sorbitol sweetener! It only takes a quick internet search to see how terrible this is for the gut microbiome which is absolutely key to health and longevity. I feel that anyone taking V14 or the other powders is undoing all their good work because of the sorbitol. What can't they make it without these health damaging ingredients and if people really want it to be sweeter (it's too sweet for me as is) they can always add a sweetener of their own or put it in fruit juice. At least then customers would have the choice. Please consider changing the formulation. I expect lots of people are put off by this ingredient so you would probably get better sales.

I left a 5 star review on 15th September praising the company’s products and ethics and I have STILL not received the promised 500 bonus points. I am now beginning to think I submitted an incorrect review…

I DID correspond with Youth and Earth customer support via our emails about the 500 bonus points. They said they will sort it out and they never did ☹️.

I LOVE my V14. I have used the Youth & Earth NMN and Preservage for a few years, but when V14 arrived I was delighted. I use it as my gym drink and I feel and look great, and at nearly 50 I am fitter and stronger and mentally sharper than I’ve ever been. I even started a new career as a thriller writer. This stuff is brilliant. I won’t ever stop using it.

I purchased NMN sublingual powder 15g on 13 September and received it on 16 Sept. The chatbot advised that this pouch was a month’s supply if used as directed. It cost £26.99. You can imagine my surprise when just over 2 weeks later the pouch was empty. I used 2 of the provided scoops each morning and they were underfilled as it was so difficult to get anything out of the pouch. I contacted customer service. I was asked on two occasions by two individuals whether I took it as advised. I confirmed that I had and never heard anything again. I have had to order a further pouch to manage my debilitating symptoms and even more disappointingly this packet also appears underfilled.

They have misrepresented their product and are now ignoring all emails. I had previously been very happy with the company but cannot believe the total disregard they have shown for this issue. Despite their advertised 60 day money back guarantee, I have been unable to secure a refund. Appalling service. Will have to escalate.
