Waiting for refund for 3 weeks
Subscription was cancelled on the day 28th February when it showed on the system not dispatched yet. Unfortunately when called said item already posted? Had returned unopened parcel on the same day 2nd March - apparently needs to pass inspection. However it's unopened parcel - inspection is straightforward.
Called customer service and refund process is appalling- still waiting for refund for 3 weeks to my credit card of 167 pounds which incurred 23.4% interest rate.

Hi Jo, just to clarify a few points so everything is accurate and clear.
The return process and timelines were explained in advance to help set expectations. The subscription was cancelled after it had already renewed.
We do send reminder emails a few days ahead of renewal specifically so customers have enough time to make any changes, reschedule, or cancel if needed. As no changes were made prior to the renewal date, it processed as normal.
We don’t operate a phone line and handle all support via email and chat, so it’s possible the number you called belongs to a different company.
As I've explained before, once an order reaches the warehouse preparation stage, it can’t be stopped, and all returns go through inspection, even if unopened. While we would always prefer to cancel orders straight away, as this avoids unnecessary shipping both ways, we’re unable to do so at that stage. This is also frustrating on our side as we incur those costs, which we don’t usually pass on to customers.
In your case, the return was actually processed quicker than advised. You dropped the parcel off on 4 March, and your refund was completed on 19 March as soon as we received confirmation. The refund email was sent at 1:52 PM that day.
With this in mind, this review have been posted several hours after the refund was already completed, which may have been missed.
We’ve done our best to be clear and helpful throughout, and your refund has been processed even before this review is written. We’d appreciate it if the review could reflect the full timeline.

PCOS assistance?
I’m one of these people who read somewhere that NMN might help me because I suffer from PCOS. The research I read suggested it might help with insulin resistance and weight gain. I have no idea whether it has assisted me, but all I can say is that over the year that I have been taking it, I have lost a stone. Obviously, I have changed the way I eat but I tried that in the past and it didn’t seem to make a huge amount of difference. I will continue to use this product in hopes that it is made the difference!
