Cheap plywood used. It has only been up a few months and the plywood is warping and pulling away from the wall. No response to email and telephone not answered. Not a good company and with no concern for their customers!!!

As many of the reviews, I also experienced a quite long delay due to COVID situation in Latvia. I was almost giving up, but when contacting them, I got very quick, professional and polite responses. And I’m sooo glad I waited. The map is beautifully packed and it was delivered in perfect conditions. The quality of the map and packaging are amazing! So perfectly cut and printed, even the tiny pieces. It overcame my expectations and I’m very happy with the product and great customer service. Guys, it’s worth it waiting for the delivery! Thanks a lot for this amazing product.

After initial delivering issues, the shipment was finally delivered with a different shipping company.
It took about 3 months! But happy with the product.

After a very long delay due to the actual sanitary crisis (be patient), we finally received our puzzle at home. Packaging was excellent and very professional. The content is on a very high level of quality and precision. It takes time and patience to end up the puzzle but the result is superb and very worthy.

Unbelievable quality of the wooden world map. Ordered the premium in dark brown and really blew my mind when it arrived.
Only little minus is, I ordered around black Friday in late November, and it arrived here 2nd of February. Wrote them twice asking for updates, and both times they answered right away, so I wasn't concerned. Really happy for it!

My order took a while to deliver but it's worth the wait. Beautiful crafted msp, looks amazing on my wall. I love the details and also the little planes and ships and stuff make it come alive more. If you want a unique eye catcher and don't mind to wait a bit, then go for it 😊

Excellent product of great quality, beautiful final effect, easy to install. Useful for my child to review geography. I bought another one for my granddaughter

Order 11th of January today 14th of Feb item still haven’t arrived yet !no tracking number provide , also Email not respond. Worse company beware guys ! Already Open dispute on PayPal to make a claim .Beware of this scam website !

It's a spectacular map, don't despair, the wait is well worth it. In my case it was 2 months, consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic. The quality is just brutal and it really changed our living room looks.

Have ordered 3 maps and 2 puzzles from them and have been delighted with the products. The first order didn't quite make it, with DHL (Drop it Hide it Lose it) apparently letting the package stand in a puddle for a while. When I reported the issue, the company arranged for a new Map to be sent straight away. Great customer service, great products.

Order placed December the 6th 2021 and today 26th of January 2022 still not received!

I have not yet received the product. I ordered two and they haven’t arrived (yet?)

This is not a cheap product, but every penny is well spent. Top quality materials used, and precision cut. There was a delay in receiving the goods, but each map is made to order, and it was worth the wait. Not every country/island was labelled with its usual English spelling, e.g. Sardegna instead of Sardinia, Corse instead of Corsica and Nouvelle Caledonie instead of New Caledonia, but I can live with that. 4 stars out of 5

Excellent product and a very nice item to decorate your house.
A little bit delay regarding covid 19 lockdown restrictions but in the end it was worth it.
