On ordering my watch, I received it within 2days and it was already set up to use. I spoke to one of the staff when she rang me to say that due to my illness, I did not have to pay the VAT and it was returned to me asap. Excellent service.

Quick response. Attentive follow up. Product details accurate and exactly as was promised in the information which was received.

My husband has had a Stride watch for well over a year and wears it daily. The slightest knock to the watch triggers a message saying fall detected followed by a call to ask if he is ok or needs help. Always lovely people, helpful, kind and efficient.

Luckily the occasions for a call have not been an incident needing attention - until this week.
My husband fell in the house whilst alone and was not in a condition to press the button on his phone nor seek help. He lay on the floor for 45 minutes. When I queried this with Stride I was told his wrist must not have twisted in the way to alert help and he could have pressed the button. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade. The fact the phone has always told us ‘call detected’ from a simple knock had given us the false reassurance he was covered should he actually fall to the ground. There’s no guarantee an 83 year old on the floor will be able to do anything to help himself.

This is an issue of which prospective buyers might like to be aware.

Until now. We gave been delighted with the watch, the service and the staff.

I have been using my watch for only a short time but I couldn’t be more pleased. Customer service is very good & very helpful. I now feel more secure that if I fall I won’t be left for a long time without assistance.

The "you stride "watch is brilliant,gives me my confidence and freedom back following heart and blood pressure problems, the team are very quick to answer any alarm and it's so easy to cancel a "false" alarm I may cause,I would recommend this life saver to anyone.

I feel secure and if by accident I set the alarm off, you come in right away and I can cancel it.

Clear and transparent information on the website was very helpful. The device arriving already set up was helpful, and I liked it being self-contained (my previous fall alarm relied on connecting to my mobile phone). The step counter seems slow to kick in - it doesn't really register much if I just get up to go to the next room - but seems ok for actual walks. Showing the date on the watch face was useful, but it would perhaps be even more so if it also showed the day of the week.

So easy to order and comes ready to use. No worries about WiFi. And so easy to wear on my wrist and use.

Very good service & extremely helpful team of staff members.

Highly recommended, this service is better than other services around due to not being tied to been close to a box in your home, which limits the range of essential safety cover & peace of mind which your product provides.

Simple and straightforward. Prompt

I’ve only had my watch a very short time but it gives me more confidence since I am not very steady on my legs. In this short time it has already given four warnings when I’ve set the alarm off by my unsteadiness - thanks to being able to cancel the alarm when it is unnecessarily triggered. This shows that it is sensitive, but so easy for me to cancel if the help is not necessary. And very comforting to hear the voice over the watch.

I am a new customer and am happy withe the service I have received so far. Also, having the watch gives me peace of mind knowing that I can contact Your Stride at the "touch of a button", which is reassuring.

Your prompt attention in helping and advising me from my very first enquiry, customer service excellent and a clear speaking person at the end of the phone at all times.

When I first wore my watch I was in garden and mistakenly caused an alert this was answered quickly so this makes me feel safe when working in my garden. It also gives me more confidence when out and about. I would advise anyone thinking about this watch to get one right away I am sure you will not regret it.

Better than having a pendant from the council that is only for inside your house where the watch is for inside/outside if you have a fall
