Quick, friendly, tidy and good price. Second time i have used Your Plumber and great both times! Very happy :)

Upon making an enquiry regarding a plumber I was told a member of the team would telephone me. And they did. Within 20 minutes. Couldn't believe it. A day later plumber called and fixed problem. Pleasant, well mannered chap and offered good advice. As this is a recurring problem I asked for a quote for replacement cistern. Same afternoon received a quote. Agreed to go ahead and as it isn't an emergency, work will commence on 12th March. As a pensioner, even given a 10% reduction on labour charges. A very satisfied customer. Thank you Your Plumber. Hope the next phase is as easy.

After my initial call I was quickly called back to advise me of when the engineer was due. The engineer phoned to say he was on his way. On arrival he got straight down to work, diagnosed the problem, and advised us of what was to happen next. He had to go off to get a new fan for the boiler, and called to say he was on his way back. After fixing the fan, he made sure everything was working well. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

The plumbers were nice guys who really done the job very well.

Other plumbers spoke about needing scaffolding and cutting through my ceiling when they didn't.

The downsides were the took a little longer than anticipated and they didn't use any sheets on my floor but as they were decent guys and I would ask for them again if I had problems with my boiler.

The plumber was brilliant, he arrived within the time window, had little covers for his shoes and he was polite and friendly. He fixed my loo really quickly and it works great now. I would definitely recommend them and I’ll be coming back for any other plumbing issues :) dead easy to book and get a price as well.

My original appointment was the previous day for between 1pm and 6pm. They phoned at 5.45pm to say that the plumber couldn't get to me for 45 minutes due to traffic. I'm so pleased I hadn't taken the afternoon off work especially!

Noticed a new puddle in my car port. Water was fast flowing on its roof caused by upstairs cold water tank overflowing. I'm deaf so contacted Dan by email and got a fairly quick response that it would be looked at soon. Within a couple of hours Paul arrived and quickly sorted the problem by replacing a hard-water seized valve. Prompt, clean and fast service - Excellent!

We are so pleased that we decided to use Your Plumber for the installation of our new Combi Boiler. The work was completed over 2 days by Dan and Peter, who were friendly and very professional. The site was cleared away after the work was completed, and everything explained on how to use the boiler etc. A 5 star service in every respect !

I rang plumbersforyou with an urgent heating and hot water problem after several other plumbers had been too busy to help.Lucy kindly rearranged her heating engineers' timetables to help me out.

My named plumber phoned ahead of time to confirm arrival, arrived within the expected 2 hour time slot, carried out the work and an additional job, having explained and agreed the additional charges. No nasty surprises. Happy with the service.

The two plumbers did a very good job of replacing our bathroom mixer taps. However in order to drain down the system taps in our downstairs toilet needed to be turned on. Afterwards the cold tap could not be turned off without a drip (which was not the case before).

I pointed this out to one of the plumbers but all he said was: 'it will need re-washering'. So we had one problem resolved but were left with another. It would have been nice if the plumber had recognised that it was his use of the tap that caused the new problem but this was not the case.

Came on time. Thoroughly pleased with service and reassured me on everything he was doing. Tidy and polite. Very happy with your plumber and will use again.
