The delivery was days late and I wasn’t notified. I didn’t have a slip through my door advising me it had been delivered.
My payment as I had done it over 3 months took one payment on delivery and another one 2 weeks later (a month after ordering) so I had two payments going out in one month.

Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your feedback. Having reviewed your order I can confirm that the delivery was completed 2 days before the end of the delivery window provided at time of ordering, so it was delivered within the agreed timeframe. In addition, a text message notification was sent out to the mobile number registered on the account at 18:32 the day before delivery.
With relation to the payment, we only take a pre-authorisation at time of order. This amount will normally be released back to you within a few days & your actual payment will only debit once we have delivered and for the exact amount of litres we delivered.
I appreciate that this may have caused some confusion, and I hope the above explanation clarifies what happened. If you have any further questions regarding the delivery or payments, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

Ordering was easy and straight forward
Ordering was easy and straight forward. They let me know the day before my delivery that they would be coming. Driver arrived as scheduled - he just got on with the job. I didn't have to be home which is always helpful but I was on that particular day. The driver was very polite and friendly. They are the human face of the business and affect reordering ( along with the fuel price, of course!).

Price was fabulous and below other companies, had a text to say my order was scheduled, also received email with copy of slip which was then sent in the post, feel embarrassed as previously stated they should have put slip through the letterbox not realising I had an email with a copy . I did give 5 stars originally as service was great and the slip wasn’t criticism, just advice on what I would like.
