All jewellery from here is just complete tat. I’ve seen better in a Christmas cracker!!!
We ordered the jewellery advent calendar from living social and although it arrived on time what did arrive was just laughable, I wouldn’t even give it to my 5 year old niece let alone anyone else. It’s just cheap Chinese plastic and definitely not a swarovski crystal in sight as advertised!!
Don’t waste your money shop somewhere else!!!!

Do not buy from this company, they will take your money and you will not receive what you paid for. Wowcher are just as bad, I bought from Youridealgift through them but they don't accept any responsibility even though they recommended them. Wowcher tell you to contact the company direct I did but they don't answer emails. This company should be taken to court for fraud.

Fake Swarovski jewelers
Bought two pairs of Swarovski drop earrings advertised as being price dropped from £60 and made from genuine Swarovski crystals. These are not real Swarovski. They are clear plastic crystal style and come in a cheap cellophane wrapper and a rather cheap looking velvet pouch. At about £8 a pair I guess I got lucky. There is no way I’d be happy if I’d paid the full £60 they were advertised at.
Save yourself the disappointment and go into an authorised Swarovski retailer.

I ordered an item through WOWcher to these guys, I did receive the item but the item was terrible quality and wished for a refund. I sent the item back that was tracked but they refused to give me a refund and proceeded to ignore my messages. I went through Paypal for a refund but got denied even though supplying evidence of the item being received and signed for.

This company is a fraudulent company and would strongly advice anyone to not use their services and take your money else where.

1 star is 5 stars too many..words cannot express how bad the products are how and how poor the customer sevice is.

Unable to contact regarding order. Items may never received

- The package did not arrive for christmas, I ordered in

advance as was the terms on the order..

- Also no phone number that works for rep. of ireland you will lose

customers very fast this way..

- no email back for over a week..

- no backs came with both sets of ear rings..

I received a free gift for all the inconvenience but still not worth ordering from them or through pigsback.com another awful company for physical items!

Item never arrive and nobody answer the bloody phone

I have put one star as was unable to leave none. I ordered a necklace set through wowcher on 16 December which stated that delivery would be made before Christmas. It is now 31 December and I am still awaiting the item. I have emailed the company several times and have received no response. I have also emailed via wowcher who have also emailed the merchant and still no response. I have asked for a refund today.

ORDER NEVER CAME. Ordered a Christmas Eve box the beginning of December through Wowcher never arrived have tried to ring but phone just rings out and never get any answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bought through wowcher eventually received wrong item then unable to contact anyone by email or phone to organise exchange. Have returned item today sent recorded delivery as font trust company to acknowledge receipt. Won't hold my breath while wait for refund. Avoid this company or just burn your money ( less hassle) 😩

Received a plastic toy necklace which looked like it was from a Christmas cracker , the add said £60 silver sworovski necklace , it was cheap plastic chain and plastic heart on a chain , absolute con artist’s

I cannot fault their delivery in all honesty. However, I do question the product "A blue crystal fairytale set made with crystals from Swarovski® from Your Ideal Gift ". This, in my opinion is not Swarovski crystal, it is Swarovski crystal style. I purchased it through Living Social, deal was £19 from £99. Happy to pay £19, but would never in a million years pay £99. The necklace is fine, albeit cheaply made. As are the earrings, they came with 2 sets of backs. The bracelet is far too small, my wrist circumference is 15.5 cm, about 6b inches, which is not big, but it does not fit. All in all will pass as niceish, but this was never £99 and if it was, they were ripping people off. It is nothing more then cheap costume jewellery, so people please NEVER pay more then £19 for it, not worth more then that. (review written by wife)

Take money don't bother to send reply so to messages to them or phone calls will be contacting my bank to get them to claim the money back I'll never order from them again fraudulent company

My wife ordered 2 advent calendars for which payment was duly made and has subsequently been confirmed as being paid on her card statement. No Calendars have arrived or any e-mail information as to their status.Having contacted the sales e-mail address I eventually received an e-mail informing me that their one person who looks after queries was finding it too much to cope with the additional queries arising due to the huge rise in sales at this time of year. However they had now employed a temporary team and provided a new e-mail address[which of course I cannot share due to Trust Pilot rules] and I await their response but do not hold out much hope.
What is disappointing is that when looking on public record the company behind youridealgift.co.uk - Text Direct [UK] Ltd Co Reg No 7717110 - looks as though it is a reasonably well established business. If the directors Stacey and Lee knew that they could not cope with the huge rise in sales at this time of year they should have stopped accepting orders and taking money.
Wowcher have a duty of care to their customers to ensure their product partners can deliver on their offers and in this case I think Wowcher need to urgently review this business
Both businesses should be looked at by Trading Standards before more people pay for goods that they do not receive - in my eyes obtaining money by deception - which I believe is still a criminal act!!

Ordered a gift through wowcher. Never received gift they have never replied to any emails never pick up the phone. Wowcher should be disgusted and remove any dealings from this company as it is clearly a scam company. I have removed Wowcher and will never use this app again. Steer clear of this company you will be disappointed and let down.

Husband ordered a gift . Not received. Have emailed them on numerous occasions with no response. Wowcher whom we went through will not help . Scammers .. will never use or ever use wowcher again.
Will be contacting trading standards

Ordered a Tri set of Swarovski crystal pieces, necklace, bracelet and earings. Got sent a cheap bracelet that looks like it was bought in a pound shop and not even remotely similar to what was described. No response to emails i have sent the company.

Ordered trio jewellery set. When it arrived the bracelet could not be undone. Contacted Wowcher who said I had to contact the merchant and give them 72 hours to respond, did this with no response. Contacted wowcher again who said they would e-mail them but I had to wait another 72 hours for them to respond...no response. Contacted wowcher again who have now said that they would contact them again, but I have to wait yet another 72 hours!! How many chances do you give a company that obviously doesn't care! This was supposed to be a xmas present but have given up on that now as I may have to wait several more 72 hours by the look of it. Have dealt with wowcher a lot of the past years but never again, as they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction either.

Ordered ring through Wowcher from these people wasn't worth the postage stamp.Contacted both Wowcher and Youridealgift no joy what so ever so be warned keep well away from these people
