I purchased the ‘Executive coaching program’ and have been very pleased with my experience!
My property is making £1000-1300 a month and the team have been Amazing, this may go down slightly over the next few months due to winter but I am going to do a lot of outreach during this time. They have been helping me set up systems, answering questions + helping me hand picking my furniture which was a great help :)

Tailored Property coaches are awesome at what they do. They are u like no other memberships you see out there. They are here for you, speak to you always from little to big things. Despite busy schedules, they truly are there for you every step of the way. I started off in March after seeing them on TikTok, watched through the awesome coaching and calls every other day of the week. After many nos ( 2 months🙃), got my final yes. They even came to help me stage the property to an amazing standards, shopped with me and for me. Love to the whole Team, you all together are a force to be reckoned with. JUST DO IT. If you are willing to apply yourself, you will get your first property. I wouldn’t have been able to get my first property without the team’s support, guidance and training. The course is bargain for what you get compared to other courses out there. I got my first property within 10 days of searching!

Really appreciative of Elizabeth and Ben.
