Been a customer for over 10 years

Been a customer for over 10 years, had a few issues but were taken care of.
I have maintenance for my furnace where once a year a technician would come to check it for issues, the last 2 years they could not find anyone in my area to do this, I was told to find someone myself. I have continued to pay the monthly payment on this even though no service for the 2 years were provided, I asked for a credit for these payments and all I am told are lies after lies and trying to sell me other protection plans.

Competency and Confidence…

The technician called before coming and seemed to be confident and capable of doing the work. He finished it and explained to me what he did, asked if I had any questions etc. I am satisfied with his performance.

The technician (Tony)was AWESOME from Kenwhirl appliance.
Had to order part and then was called back to install
Everything went very very smooth

Ray from Ambient Heating & A/C quickly repaired our heating system.

Oncourse was wise enough to choose Ray from Ambient Heating & Air Conditioning in Granby to repair the gas conversion burner for our boiler. He came on time, brought in the appropriate replacement parts and tools and figured out the problem right away. He replaced the dead thermocouple and our boiler works again. A bonus is that he was friendly, answered all my questions and explained what he was doing.

The repairman was great at keeping us…

The repairman was great at keeping us notified of his arrival time. He was very thorough in performing the repair and completed it in a very reasonable time. He explained how the part worked and asked if I had any questions on the repair. He was very polite and professional.

Your rep diagnosed the problem…

Your rep diagnosed the problem immediately and then ordered a part to fix it. A few days later he came back and installed the new part and the dryer works well now.

Rude , correction, & happy customer

When I first called the guy on the phone was rude. I called back the next day, and got a person who was super nice, and got things set up for me. The next day I had a follow up call from a manager apologizing for the rude experience I had. I was given a month of service for free. Great job on making sure the customer comes first, not many companies do that anymore.

The team that did the installation were great. I give them 5 stars for their professionalism and pleasant attitudes. They worked very well together and explained everything I needed to know,

The whole process went well from purchase to installation of both my furnace and air conditioner.
