Poor service...........robbers.
Robbing Hood energy bill on behalf of Sussex energy, I understand, my account ref was 504306653. With my final bill they have robbed me of £75 and in doing that have also robbed my new supplier Yorkshire Energy of that money. I gave readings for my electricity which they ignored and used over egged estimates but they used the correct reading for my gas.
If I take them to small claims court ( Your Energy Sussex) as a matter of principle it will cost them more as they will have to pay my costs and waste staff time through their lazy service.
