I ordered 2 margarita infusion bottles however only one was sent to me. I emailed Your Drink Box and within a matter of minutes received a phone call apologising and assurances that the second would be sent. Around 30 minutes later I received a text with proof of purchase. The second bottle arrived today! The service was outstanding especially when the second postage is likely to have cost the seller more than I actually paid for the item.
I will certainly be back to order for future birthday presents etc

The bottles are great too and just what I was looking for. If only I’d found Your Drink Box sooner as I would’ve order more presents from them for Christmas.

I ordered some Christmas presents from them but they got lost in the mail. When I contacted them they were incredibly helpful and kind enough to send the package to me again with a quick delivery service. Considering the postage fee was probably more than the value of the gifts I just think that was an amazing service, especially considering the times we're in.

Very Good Customer Service. The Post Office messed up my original delivery so I phoned 'Your Drink Box' who were very apologetic and resolved the issue straight away. I was very pleased with my order and I would highly recommend them. It was nice to be able to speak to someone at 'Your Drink Box' on the telephone rather than by e-mail.

Fast delivery and the box was packaged extremely well! Even though I bought the individual items as gifts I enjoyed opening the box myself. The fact the items were much better than I expected was a plus also!

A perfect box with lots of drinks to explore and experiment making different cocktails. Plus non alcoholic drinks that taste great. I am looking forward to making some great drinks for my sister's 18th birthday. Would definitely recommend as a lover of alcohol and groundbreaking cocktails.
