Ordered a cocktail themed enamel pin badge. Great communication and customer service from Damien at Your Drink Box and the item is just what I wanted.

Fantastic service and highly recommended. I received a call from Damien who wanted to personally let me know when an item had been damaged in transit and needed to be replaced - refreshing from the usual generic emails other companies tend to use. The issue was swiftly resolved and I received my delivery within 3 days of my original order, so still well within my original expectations. The items (mescal box) arrived very well packaged with all bottles and items wrapped individually and protected - I have no idea how anything got damaged the first time around and I would have no concerns ordering again. The items were all of the highest quality and exactly what I wanted. Damien also kindly shared some of his personal recommendations on Mescal to set me on my journey of discovery. Thank you again, I look forward to seeing what other products you have available in future.

Highly recommend ‘YOUR DRINK BOX’, very professional company and quick delivery time too. The product I ordered was very well packaged to protect the item during transit; thus meaning I did not have to worry about the product being damaged which is always a bonus, thank you!

Really pleased with both the quality of the items and the fact they were dispatched in time for Christmas. The mojito kit was really tasty (and I now have a lovely glass bottle to make use of!) and I was really impressed with the margarita popcorn! Thought I'd buy them for a laugh and watch my family recoil in horror but they went down a treat!

Excellent service. This was my first order, and certainly won't be my last. I received a very welcome courtesy phone call on placing the first order. The goods arrived very prompltly given the time of year and all the problems with deliveries at the moment. The bottles were well-packed, but in a box no large than it needed to be, so very "green" unlike many of their competitors who seem to waste a huge amount of packaging.

A gem of a discovery and they deserve to flourish. Thank you team!
