If I could give a zero I would. Units take about 3 hours to charge and only last at functional level about 4 to 6 hours and then you need to recharge.

I placed an order, received an email with the confirmation of my order with order number and then promptly the order arrived. Big issue is that they changed my credit card twice. I’ve been emailing them back and forth for six weeks and I repeatedly get the lame excuse they are overwhelmed with customer requests. I keep sending emails and now the latest email says they want to offer me 50% of what they owe me on another order. Like really. You charged my card twice. I don’t want more product. I want a refund. This company is a scam.

I placed an order on April 16th, was charged
right away and here it is June 4th and still no product and no shipping confirmation. I have sent 3 emails requesting status, was told my product shipped 3 weeks ago and still no tracking and no product. Total scam!

I ordered and was charged on May 1, 2022. Today is June 4, 2022. I have not received product and I have never received a confirmation email with an order number. With the number of bad ratings this company has received, makes me think this is total scam. There are a few reviews where people think this product works great. I will write a great review if it proves they deserve it. But, right now I am miffed that their Customer Service is pathetic!!! I will give them one more month to deliver if I haven't heard anything by then I'll contact my Card company and report as scam.

Great company to deal with. Our first shipment was lost/stolen by the courier. Buzz be gone we’re quick to respond and sent us another shipment at no charge. Happy to deal with these people again. The product works well also.

We did have to wait a really long time for our delivery to arrive but was given a discount for that so thank you. This product does seem to work quite well but its only downfall is the length of the charging lead. Way too short.

Very slow delivery. Many emails telling me my order has not been placed even though I have paid for it. No tracking number was provided they just say posted. I think this is to stop you asking as tracking would show it is not even packaged. I am so surprised they are still in business.

We live in Australia (lots of bugs) and had 4 of these things set up inside and outside of property. They didn’t catch one bug over a 48 hour periods. The bug literally flew straight passed the product. Total scam.

Ordered more than 2 months ago, still not received product. I can see from the tracking that the package arrived locally but has not progressed in over a month. I tried emailing customer support with uploaded images of tracking and original order, received some unhelpful responses. After a 2 more emails trying to get them to understand this obvious information, I asked for a number to contact the local courier company so I could rectify the situation myself. Still awaiting a response on that one…however, after responding to a following up emails on ‘how did we do with your query’ I have been sent 3 generic apology emails (in no way answering my questions) offering 50% discount from my next purchase. This company’s customer service policy is at best a joke, though right now, it feels more like a scam.

The item was ordered on 14 Jan and delivered on 25 Jan 2022. My initial complaint with the performance of the item was resolved quickly and efficiently to my satisfaction. I rate this company as above average in terms of customer service.

We ordered over 30 days ago and have not been notified as to how long it is going to take to receive our order. I have emailed 3 times to enquire about the estimated due date and receive generic advertising reply’s. We are considering trying to get a refund if we are not contacted by end of next week.

Service terrible. Ordered and paid for product 32 days ago. 4 days ago finally made contact after many emails and was told to expect confirmation tracking number within 24 hours. Still no sign of it and again just keep getting referred to the automatic answering site which develops into nothing - "They can't find the order"
Know transport is difficult at the moment but would like a delivery date or a refund.
UPDATE The product arrived several days after I wrote this review.

Buyer Beware
I ordered a product and 27 days and 19 emails later, they still won't advise if the product has been sent.
I asked for a refund and I keep receiving the same automatic reply emails. I tried calling all their listed phone numbers but they all go to an answering service suggesting I email customer service. Very difficult company to deal with. They left a comment on trust pilot asking for an account number but no direct email to reply to. If I replied via buzzbgone, all I will get is their standard delaying emails.

a good product and a great aftersales service. The patch turned up and the units never. Aftersales followed it up until we received the goods. Good service.
