UK buyers beware
UK buyers beware. Customs slapped a £32 charge on these supplements even though Live it claim that pay all the necessary taxes etc. I didnt even bother picking the parcel up from the post office as that charge was almost as much as the supplement themselves. I hope that they would be sent back to the sender and ill get a refund but im not going to hold my breath. I have to say that the company is run by the rudest people I have ever encountered. When I tried to warn others about the custom
charge on Facebook, they sent me a rude message via Facebook messenger and then blocked me!! There also seems to be only good for their products on Facebook which isn't realistic for any product and makes you wonder if there are genuine. Should be avoided at all costs!

Hi Jay. Unfortunately, we do not pay taxes imposed by other countries. We do agree that it is extremely unfair that a random package should be picked out and slapped with extra tax, simply because a customs agent decide to do so. This is not common, but it is completely out of our control. If someone is blocked on social media, it is the result violating various social media standards of that platform, such as harassment and repeated defamatory.
SCAM
Bought the product, it was never received. I emailed them without a response several times. I wrote to them on facebook and got blocked. SCAM

Our records show that the package was delivered and that a full explanation was provided through email regarding shipping internationally to Thailand during the period of COVID. If someone is blocked on social media, it is the result violating various social media standards of that platform, such as harassment and repeated defamatory.

Hi Floris. Unfortunately, the period in which COVID was dominating everything was also a time of extremely slow mail. That impacted international shipping tremendously. At the time, we had a full outline of the estimated transit times on the website. We did respond to your emails with that information, and a more detailed explanation that the delays were out of our control.
