I made a purchase on June 18th. I decided against my purchase shortly after and sent an email requesting a refund. It is now the 4th of July and I have not heard anything back. It's not even a case of me needing to return the item either. All they need to do is reverse the transaction, because it was for a pre-order, and they haven't sent the product yet. I saw the negative Trust Pilot reviews after making the purchase and thought "oh great, I better not get bad customer service as well", and here we are over 2 weeks later and I have heard nothing. I have never made a Trust Pilot review, but they haven't answered my emails, so I'm hoping they will see this and refund me. If you are reading this, please respond to me and refund order #61945.

These guys came through with my refund! Perhaps the company was experiencing a tough time?
After getting the notification my reply back was answered within 24hrs.

My name is Gregory Smith Order# 60505.
I bought this product back in April and realized this product wasn't for me.
So, on May 1st I requested a refund and it took almost a month to get a response so I could follow their instructions on how to return the product back to them.

I mailed their product back to them on May 31, 2023 and according to the usps tracking they received the product back on June 2, 2023.

I have sent 8 to 10 emails try to get my refund back!

I have been patient believing that Live It Grind will do the right thing and honor their policies.

I know there may be times that companies get behind, short staffed, or may be even lost track of an email that was sent.
Here is an opportunity for Live It Grind to make this right.

I will gladly come back Trust Pilot to acknowledge that Live It Grind came through and fulfilled their return policy to me by refunding me the $39.00 they said they would.

I was very skeptical but I am pleasantly surprised as to how good I feel after taking these for a week now. They definitely help with my energy, motivation and mood. Unfortunately tried to go order a second bottle so I don’t run out and it’s out of stock. Hopefully I will be able to order again soon. Guess I am happy it works for me. Just because it doesn’t work for you doesn’t mean it’s a scam.

I bought it, it's a scam, after over a month it's still in transit apparently.

Best supplement I've ever tried !! But they're out of stock & I've emailed them everyday for the past week & still no reply.

Felt horrible after taking these. Actually did all the opposite things advertised... I felt low, moody and no motivation to do anything. Have taken as directed. Too scared to try again after the bad effects experienced. Have also not recieved a reply to my email requesting they honour the money back guarantee and refund me for then returned product.

Honest review here, not paid as some are saying. I think they work, people have commented on me being more chatty, I actually have motivation to do things. I've had a few hand eye coordination issues since COVID and this alleviates it... Well completely fixes it, it returns a few days after I stop taking them. Just wish they were easier and cheaper to get in the UK, I didn't get a customs charge but paid £48 for 60 so I'm assuming they added it in the USA.
I'll probably use them again, please get a UK vendor @live it grind.

Absolutely rubbish rip off predators focusing on vulnerable people for financial gain..should be made a criminal offence.
Try commenting anything negative on the vast amount of fake comments they have on facebook and you will see it’s not possible to post anything..hence why so many positive comments on there..please don’t waste your money like an absolute fool.. “like me”
Doesn’t work in the slightest people unless you have minor placebo effect. Shameful at best

As for their recent reply to my post, yes they offered a refund once you send it back costing a ridiculous amount and that was after stating a million and one reasons why it wasn’t working..seriously save your hard earned money people and read some REAL reviews in here.

Bull,there is no way all your reviews are light,I'm on my 6th day I upped my intake to 4 this morning and still nothing,haven't felt a thing,I'm really confused about all the good reviews on Facebook,they actually got people to write on here to,all the reviews on Facebook are fake/me and 2 of my friends took 4 each this morning and nothing, 2 of us have got bad guts from it even,don't listen to the fake Facebook reviews please, you can even see some on there are same reviews, copy and paste,scamming fraudsters

I placed an order, paid for it and apparently my address was not correct. It was returned to sender Either way! They basically said OH Well! Not our fault. So they have the product back. Will not re-ship or reimburse????? What is that!!!

I have been taking this on and off for last 3 years. I am on maybe my 4th bottle. It is the absolute best supplement I have ever used. It wakes me up while sitting in front of a computer 8-10 hours at a boring job. It gives me instant energy with no crash. I LOVE this supplement.

I actually received in in about 4 business days. I took 2 capsules for 3 days in a row and felt absolutely no different. A waste of money. Per company you should feel the difference when you take the first dose. Nothing:( Tomorrow I will try 3 capsules but who can afford 3 or more capsules a day for hardly no difference?

I ordered these literally 2 days ago and they arrived this morning, Xmas eve no less! So wow! I've taken one and I do feel pretty good, not jittery like caffeine which I take too much of and got this to try n cut down. So after I take it for a week I'll report back!

The product really works. It gives me focus and energy and has helped (i believe) with getting my sense of taste and smell back after a year and a half of it being destroyed by covid. My only complaint is that, when my second order wasn't in my mailbox after having been scanned delivered, customer service just gave me a link to report missing mail with the post office. Luckily, it had been delivered to the wrong apartment mailbox, and the person was honest enough to put it back in the mailroom, but I don't think a business should expect the customer to eat the cost for the post office's mistake.

I am going on my 4th bottle. Sneaking around trying to find it cheaper but no luck.I really which they would have a discount for those religious buyers. I never trust angry morons who think it works as an instant drug. It's a guidance not a hallucigent. When i first took it, I went from sitting in a dark room on a couch to cleaning up the entire house and listening to dance music at 2am.

Thought it might been a coincidence or mind was playing tricks but these things continued. I started doing serious misc home and decor in the house I've never did before. It processes motivation and thought. It's not a physical boost it is mental. When a person who is weak can push a 200 pound plus item off of a baby type of mental energy. It simple introduces mental motivation. Not including good mood swings, thought and ideas if your mind is flexible enough to pay attention to what it's supposed to do.

Not expect a coffee head rush. And it does not work for everyone. That's with everything. Specially when you are expecting the wrong results. It produces mental effects not physical.

Same problem with LiveIt Grind as everyone else. Order never arrived and first few emails were ignored. Finally I got a response which was rude and basically saying it was nothing to do with them. Really bad attitude / treating customers like crap, what a bunch of cheats. Please avoid!

I ordered this Live It Grind supplement 2 times: the 1st time it arrived from USA to Italy in 24 days(including weekends) and there were no extra taxes: ordered on July 17th, arrived at my address on August 10th.
I tried it and a couple of days later I could say that it was without any doubt one of the best supplement I tried (I tried 3 or 4 in total), so I decided that I would buy a 2nd bottle and this time when it arrived there were also NO additional Customs taxes but it took 46 days(!) for arriving: ordered on August 22nd, arrived on October 8th.

And for this 2nd order the tracking on the US Posts (USPS) website just stopped working on August 29th (package arrived to me on October 8th!).

So, my guess is that at the moment the United States postal service works REALLY REALLY badly....and if you want to buy anything from US you should use a private courier (UPS, Fedex, etc.).
Anyway the product is great, just don't use the $10 USPS shipment. But be warned that if you use a courier you could be paying 'taxes on imported goods', while with USPS(the $10 shipment) I didn't pay any tax, but it took a long, long time for arriving.

This company is run by cheaters and rude people. When you did not receive your orders are 14 days. They don't care and don't respond to e-mail. When they respond they said they don't happen overseas delivery and cannot control at all. I asked them there must be a waiting period as all companies will have a waiting period if items are lost they need to refund. They don't care and sent me a very rude e-mail. The item have not been moving for 10days now from the tracking number. Obviously it's been lost. Further to this, don't get cheated by them as well as you may still need to pay tax upon arrival. Cannot be trusted company!
