Every workplace needs a Caitlin
She was from the start uplifting and knowledgeable.
She worked with me and explained everything well and called me back when I asked
She had a personality that shone so bright that I wanted to get the policy even if it was slightly dearer
It was not dearer so there was a win win
Sadly my house wasn’t cheaper by quite a bit but you now have our cars and horse float.

Excellent Service

I've been forced to lodge another claim and as usual the service was excellent. Hayden was polite, informative, empathetic and helpful which is exactly what you want when things have gone wrong.
I can't fault the service I have had in any of the claims I've had to lodge over the years.

I was so impressed on the level of…

I was so impressed on the level of customer service provided by the consultant Keegan. I felt much better after he assured Youi will try their best to assist with my claims. I had trauma on the accident I had but he made sure that I’m okay and will make I will get all the support from Youi’s team again. Thank you and really appreciate your professionalism Keegan keep up the good work.

Huge shoutout to Paul. m o…

Huge shoutout to Paul who helped me so much today. My Husband passed away in 2023, & I found myself today having to get quotes for Comprehensive Insurance for my car. Paul was so kind, helpful, respectful and had the patience of a Saint helping me to navigate my way through this process. This man is an absolute superstar and a valuable asset to your Company.
Both Paul and myself have agreed that we would both like to be in a Youi advertisement with Ed Kavalee. LOL.

Outstanding Service When I Needed It Most

I’ve used Youi before and always had a good experience. Recently, I was side-impacted at a roundabout when the other driver failed to give way. Youi handled everything instantly - rental car the same day, inspection within 24 hours, and settlement in under a week. Brock and the team were exceptionally efficient and pleasant. I’ll be returning to Youi for all my insurance and recommending them to everyone. Thank you for the outstanding service.
