She had a personality that shone so bright that I wanted to get the policy even if it was slightly dearer

I had my 2017 bt50 insured with a other provider. We had house and cars insured with same provider for 20yrs. No loyalty to customers. Switched to Youi Insurance and got better coverage on the cars and saved quite a few dollars. Customer service is great.

Absolutely do not ever get insurance with Youi.. the most disgraceful insurance company I have ever dealt with.. Morally disgraceful.. and if you look at the reviews people leave they absolutely do not care..

Easy to talk through your needs, alternatives explained quickly, pricing is good.

Huge shoutout to Paul who helped me so much today. My Husband passed away in 2023, & I found myself today having to get quotes for Comprehensive Insurance for my car. I’ve used Youi before and always had a good experience. Recently, I was side-impacted at a roundabout when the other driver failed to give way. Youi handled everything instantly - rental car the same day, inspection within 24 hours, and settlement in under a week. Brock and the team were exceptionally efficient and pleasant.
