Order never delivered
After placing an order through refurbished.be with You Mobile on December 19th, several e-mails, contact by phone, I still haven’t received my order.
Several times I was promised to be called and followed up by You Mobile, however I’m still waiting for the call.
My daughter is still waiting for her iPad, which was a Christmas present. Poor service overall!
Fantastic, clear and transparent Service! Super satisfyied! Highly recommended to anyone who wants / needs to sell his iPhone!

I bought a refurbished cell phone on refurbed. The purchase process went smoothly, the delivery was well packaged and arrived quickly. I then sent the cell phone back because I had decided on a different model. The return shipping and the entire customer service were also remarkable, uncomplicated and the refund arrived quickly in our account as expected. I would happily order from Youmobile again
Very frustrating experience. Ordered a phone from YouMobile, it was supposed to be delivered the next day. The shipping company, GLS, sent me Track&Trace which showed that the phone was delivered to the parcel shop but when I came to pick it up, the shop didn't have my package. Took me a day and many phone calls to finally find their customer service phone number and to find out that the driver dropped my phone at some unknown location. GLS referred me back to YouMobile, which said they would send me a new phone the same day, so it would arrive the next day. Next day - nothing (for some reason GLS did not pick up the package). The day after - they say they decided to stop working with GLS because many customers had the same problem as me.
Bottom line: instead of 'delivered within 1 working day', I had to wait 6 days and received nothing. I understand that it was GLS's fault, but YouMobile could notify me earlier that they had some problems instead of assuring me it will be alright and making me wait and call them every day myself. If I knew it earlier I could have ordered from a different shop and get the phone that I really needed for a trip on time.
Very, very disappointed about this experience.
On a good side, the guy from the YouMobile customer support was friendly and compassionate.
