It was easy to place the order on the website and after submitting I was informed about all steps from the team. They took care for the full deliivery process and there was always a human team, contacting me via mail related to any changes and delivery. Very good.

Very disappointing experience. The order was canceled because the company claimed the oil could not be shipped by air. However, the shipment was from Belgium to the Czech Republic, where ground transport is a completely standard and widely used option for this type of product.

Instead of arranging normal ground shipping, the order was simply canceled. This suggests either a lack of understanding of basic logistics or an unwillingness to find a reasonable solution for the customer.

I would have expected a shipping team to know the difference between overseas shipping and transport within mainland Europe.

I ordered an out-of-stock auto part from YoshiParts and the company website confirmed the availability with the exact OEM part number along with the total cost with shipping. I ordered a second part but the website automatically charges shipping. I reached out to customer service to ask whether the second order could be included with my original shipment to save on the shipping cost. The response was prompt. A separate invoice was prepared that only included the cost of the part and my original shipment was held up pending payment of the second part. The delivery by FedEx arrived one day earlier with the parts I ordred. What impressed me about YoshiParts is there customer service. You can expect a prompt and professional response but, most importantly is there honesty. True to their word, the company did not charge me a second shipping fee. This experience has affirmed my confidence in ordering future out-of-stock auto parts from YoshiParts.

I ordered crankcase and con rod (big end) journals from Yoshi Parts for a 2002 Honda Hornet 600 - not too easy to find these days in the UK.

Communication was excellent from Yoshi as to status of the order at every point. The genuine Honda parts arrived much quicker than I could have expected, well packaged, and at a good price. Beautiful.

Ordered the part online as it appeared to be available. Received an email later in the day advising it was on back order and could be a month out. A refund was offered but I decided to continue as the part appears to be virtually impossible to get. An email was received two weeks later advising it had been shipped and it arrived here in Australia four days later (including the weekend). Part was well packed and in perfect condition. Very happy with the service.
