Very happy with the results my teeth look fantastic the staff are very professional and very friendly. Fabulous experience!!

My husband who is anxious and nervous about visiting a dentist has recently had a couple of extractions and filling. Dr Ammar , Liv and Bonnie all looked after him and despite his fears they got him through the treatment.
What totally blew my mind was Fran popped out to get stress balls to try and help him.
All the front of house team deliver exceptional, relatable service.
Both my husband and I have truly received the service promised on social media. Yorkshire Dental Suite is definitely not style over substance. Thankyou so much

Big day today at yds wakefield!
It's been my veneer preparation appointment , I was abit in trepidation but I needn't have worried as soon as I walked in welcoming greeting as normal from daisy and Amy and Tom. Then was greeted by Dr sia and Jen as he is aware of my gag reflex problem , he told me he had created a plan and updated jen on the plan . I couldn't of felt more at ease he talked me through every step of the way and even let me choose which playlist I wanted throughout the procedure. Accompanied by them singing along which made my appointment feel even more relaxing . He was very thorough throughout all the work and it was an appointment which was 3 hours long which may I add I never thought I would be able to complete due to my gag reflex once again I could recommend these lovely people to anyone and their customer service standards are second to none as they always go that extra mile and to add to luxury the girls now even greet at the door which feels like such a personalised special experience!!!

Was an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The front of house were amazing and very welcoming. The dentist did a great job with my tooth and got me out of pain instantly.

I would like to thank Dr Mostafa, and Taylor adcock at the York practice, my experience visiting this dentist was always welcoming and professional. And the treatment I received was definitely better than I expected, I would recommend to everyone

I decided t go onto their dental plan paying 29.99 a month which was supposed to give me 2 checkups and cleans a year. I called up to make my first appointment and requested my local Oakwood practice and made the appointment. I did this well in advance so I could choose the date and time that suited me before I went away. A week before my appointment the called me to remind me of the appointment but they booked me in at the wrong practice. When I told them they had made a mistake to just about called me a liar and said I was mistaken. I was fuming at the way they spoke to me so I cancelled my dental plan and asked for a refund because I have totally lost all faith in them. After 3 phone calls and around 8 emails to them I am still waiting on my £120 refund. I am going to give them one more chance before I take steps to recover the funds legally.

I visited YDS Wakefield for composite bonding and had a fantastic experience from the initial consultation through to the final result. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Ben was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure I achieved the best possible results. I’m really pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

Having had composite veneers done by several different dentists. All of whom were not grasping my idea of wanting the full composite to look as natural as possible including shape. Size and the following of my natural tooth shape. Dr. Faris took his time, listened, explained and worked with me to achieve the results I wanted AND I GOT WHAT I WANTED! His dental nurse Khalise (apologies if this is spelt wrong) made me feel comfortable and the whole experience was great start to finish. Corey on reception was warm and welcoming and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you so much

I had smilewhite treatment there in which the staff were very friendly and nice, can't fault them. There were logistical issues which as getting blocked I. The carpark by the dentists (York) and having waiting for them to finish treatment to be let out. I also took time from work to attend appointments to arrive and be told the appointment wasn't necessary. They could have called and told me this.
I requested photos of my treat ment in October and 4 months later I am still waiting. I just keep getting told they are waiting for a response from the dentist.

I have recently had my composite bonding re-done at YDS Wakefield - I am absolutely over the moon with my new teeth they are exactly what I wanted . Aisha listened to everything I said and I am so happy with them Thankyou to all staff for looking after me and my beautiful flowers x

I visited the Yorkshire Dental Suite in Hessle for teeth realignment initially in Feb 2025 and that whole experience was amazing. Today, I’ve had nano fill composite bonding of my front teeth. So say I’m absolutely blown away with the results is an understatement, I was so overwhelmed.
The team were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment. The clinic itself is spotless and modern, and the level of care is exceptional. I left feeling confident and well looked after. I seriously wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high‑quality dental care.

Friendly service made to feel comfortable.

I came to Dr Khan with severely crowded teeth. I went to YDS to have my aligners fit by Dr Khan. Now after the treatment my teeth are perfectly straight and ive never felt more confident with my smile! Perfect experience all throughout!

Very polite and professional

This is just an add on to my previous review on YDS, regards poor quality of my composite bonding.
I have contacted YDS customer complaint department several times, as per YDS advise but my issue still isn't solved .
In less than four months time I have spoken to three quality department representatives, which although very kind never came back with a solution to my issue, more there is a big turnover in that department as each person promising me solutions to my issue have left the business. The last time I have spoken to quality representative I was ensured that a solution to the issue will be provided, fast forward one month and yet aging silence from YDS side.
I have now decided to have an independent assessment performed which might lead to legal advise.

From the start I was so impressed with Nigel. He explained everything slowly, inspired so much confidence in me. The whole journey of implants have been amazing and that is down to the professionalism and knowledge from Nigel. Would highly recommend him. Also the staff are amazing friendly and caring and this means alot for a relaxing experience.

I honestly can’t recommend Yorkshire Dental Suite highly enough.
From the very first consultation, the experience was completely different to any dental visit I’d had before. The whole place feels calm, modern and welcoming — not clinical or intimidating at all. The team instantly put me at ease and took the time to really understand what I wanted, rather than pushing a “one size fits all” solution.
What I really appreciated was the honest, long-term approach. Before any cosmetic work was discussed, it was clear that my teeth needed to be properly aligned first. I went through 14 months of Invisalign, and throughout that time I was fully supported, kept informed, and never felt rushed. The plan was always about getting the right foundation, not just a quick fix — which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.
Dr Phil is exceptional. His attention to detail, honesty, and genuine passion for what he does is obvious from the moment you sit in the chair. He explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Nothing felt rushed, and I always felt listened to.
Once the Invisalign was complete, I then had 10 composite bonds done, and the results have genuinely exceeded my expectations. The teeth look completely natural — not fake, not overdone — just clean, balanced and exactly how I’d hoped they would look. The transformation has given me a huge confidence boost, and I find myself smiling without even thinking about it now, which is something I never used to do.
A special mention as well to the rest of the team, who were friendly, professional and supportive throughout. The whole experience felt relaxed and personal, right down to the small touches like the music and atmosphere during treatment.
If you’re considering cosmetic dental work and want results that are natural, expertly done and truly life-changing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Yorkshire Dental Suite are on another level.

3rd dentist I’ve seen in the past year. 1st said 3 fillings urgent, second said no fillings focus on cleaning. Went to Yorkshire dental because it had great reviews I wanted somewhere closer and had great reviews. I couldn’t find it as not on a main road but when I did reception team was very professional & friendly, dentist wasn’t rushing, listened to my concerns and worries addressed any sensitivity which was just on 1 tooth I got the membership and had X-rays great consultation. Came away feeling very confidant with focus was on great dentistry 🤩 happy I found somewhere and loving the monthly payment plan.
