I’m very pleased with my experience. I had a crown fitted by Shaan Tariq who was exceptionally professional and gentle (that’s important for me because I hate the dentist’s drill!) I’m super pleased with my result, my tooth looks very natural

My experience at YDS Leeds has been excellent. I was treated for two root canals by Dr Shahir on two separate occasions and I can’t fault him at all. Very personable and professional explaining each element of the treatment process. He went above and beyond to ensure my teeth were prepped and ready for crowns to be fitted by another dentist. In addition Dr Sia on my way out agreed to fix a broken composite on one of my rear teeth. This was not a booked appointment and he was actually ready to leave work as it was nearly 6pm! There was no cost benefit to Dr Sia and he completed this repair as an act of kindness to save me from waiting even longer for another branch to sort out my appointment etc (I had already been waiting a very long time for this to be sorted at another branch). The reception staff were extremely helpful and Esme promised to organise something and call me back the very next day which she did. Again brilliant service! This hasn’t always been the case at my main branch of YDS as I have often had to wait a number of days for a response, whereas the team at Leeds seem dedicated to providing amazing customer service and care. Thank you again Dr Shahir, Dr Sia and the reception team (sorry I don’t know all your names).

I was always very nervous before coming to see a dentist, and Yorkshire Dental took all my fear and anxiety and turned them around, helping me to feel relaxed and in very good hands. I would definitely recommend anyone going to Yorkshire dental they was absolutely fantastic with me from start to finish I had a full mouth implants almost 18 mths ago I had a little issue about a mth ago it was sorted really quickly in the Liverpool branch so don’t hold back it will be one of your best decisions you will make I promise you 👍😁

From walking in for lst enquiring if implants were the right procedure to go forward for me .first of all the receptionist whom welcome me was very warm polite and friendly which made me at ease. Then the dental technician explained the procedure and listened to what I wanted without any pressure. He thoroughly went through each stage in detail so I was happy to procedure. The day of the procedure nervous of course who wouldn't but once again the front of house girls made me feel so much at ease. And the dental technicians are very professional and experienced fully caring understanding with the procedure. The after care is good and there is always someone at the end of a phone to help you if needed. To sum up I was nervous but now it's coming to a fully completed it's made me feel better and confident person and happy 71 year old man so your never to old thank you

I had 3 years of failed dental treatment elsewhere before finally going to Yorkshire Dental who turned everything around. They listen very carefully, flawless service and perfect dental work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else at any price.

My orthodontist Dr El-Hussine has been nothing short but excellent throughout my treatment plan. He is very knowledgeable, expertly explained everything i needed to know and allayed all anxiety throughout my journey which started a few months ago. I have held back this review for months because i needed to be sure of the service i was receiving and all i can say is that, it's been fantastic. The girls at the reception desk are also amazing and top quality. I am glad to be receiving my braces treatment from one of the best team and hope to enjoy the ride.

Everyone has been kind, friendly and non judgemental. I did find the actual placing of the attachments to my teeth uncomfortable, but that's to be expected. All in all I'm eager to see my results.

I was nervous at the thought of having a root canal filling but I need not have worried, my dentist was very gentle and explained as he went along. He also kept checking I was ok. I would definitely recommend and if I need any other such treatments I would definitely return
