Don’t care attitude
On two occasions, we stayed at home to take delivery of big order from Yo Keto. On both occasions, despite being at home the delivery people clearly made no effort to knock on the door as they claimed “attempted delivery” and took the order to the post office instead.
Replies from staff at Yo Keto, most recently Alexei were curt and showed they simply didn’t care that this had occurred.
While we acknowledge that a third party delivery service is used, at the very least Yo Keto should raise the issue with their delivery service as this has happened on multiple occasions. Perhaps this would possibly effect a change in the delivery staff behaviour. Certainly a helpful and sympathetic reply from Yo Keto staff would be far better than simply not caring at all that this is happening to customers.
