I had to contact support for the 4th time today. Three issues created by myself and one question. I was able to get in touch with support all 4 times with minimal effort. Last week Gaurav helped me efficiently and kindly, twice.
Last week support help desk answered a email I sent quickly, and today I was confused and messaged Ravi on Teams and on Yogamu.org at the same time. He answered promptly on both platforms. My issue was resolved quickly. I see reviews stating that they do not answer, so just wanting to share each time that I have had very positive experiences with support. I have had 0 issues with getting in touch with Yogamu this past week, and plenty of times in the past 2 years that I’ve been a student. Thank you, Yogamu!

Update/Review #2. The owner, Nikolai, sent me a message right after my 1st bad review for horrible customer service. The first review was after months of being ignored. He did help me get access to the new platform, but it took some time for the hundreds of hours of work I did on the other to transfer. I'm not sure it all did because it's been so ridiculous dealing with him also. I asked 2 questions since July. (It's Feb 4 now) #1 how much of the 1600hrs is out now that I have access to. #2 when will the rest be released. I've asked him at least 5 times, and Ravi many many times before that. I've completed almost everything that is currently available. I don't know if the rest even exists, which is why I keep asking. ** Nikolai actually had the nerve to ask me to delete my bad review. He said "can you delete this? I don't think this is cool" He goes on to say how they are a traditional school etc.. . This was in a message right after (but days later) the questions I asked again. I screenshot everything. So, while he did help some, the responses and wait times are ridiculous and the absolute refusal to answer my questions, and trying to turn it on me and act like I'm not Yoga enough or something are the reasons for another update. It's absurd. I've never left a bad review for anything. I'm a pretty understanding guy. *I will edit this or leave another if he answers the questions I've been asking for so long. It's made it so I don't think it's worth bothering with completing the program. I don't have any evidence that the rest of the program even exists. It's the customer service and access to what I paid for that's the problem.
*So, Nikolai, here's another chance for you to answer those questions.

Yogamu is top notch education from teachers/instructors who are skilled and knowledgeable. Nikolai truly cares about students and goes out of his way to make their career goals a reality. My interactions with Gaurav have always been prompt and responsive, and resolved my issue quickly. I received the support I need in a timely manner with utmost courtesy and respect.

Gaurav was very helpful. My questions were answered quickly and though we were only typing I felt Gaurav cared about my concerns.

I’ve been taking classes on and off since 2019/2020, the curriculum is in-depth and pretty easy to follow and their customer service is always helpful.

Sometimes it does take a few days to get issues resolved but I haven’t had an issue with them getting stuff corrected. Legit just had an issue corrected in 20 minutes via their live chat.

Gaurav was able to answer my questions and quickly and sort out my issue efficiently.
