The advertisement said it was a Tai Chi class, so that’s what I was expecting, but in reality, there are more yoga sessions.

i have bad knees and this gave me and opportunity to exercise in a way that strengthened my body without damaging my body plus giving me the confidence to actually exercise

It was enjoyable but I wish they had advised me a few days before they took the next subscription. So I have now cancelled further subscriptions and when you are cancelling it they offer it to you for £7.50 when I just got charged £39.99 so not happy about the charge.

The Yoga-Go app makes it easy to get my daily stretching in due to the short sessions. I can also do it anywhere - very convenient for when I travel

I have loved the intro and will continue to do this but it’s very expensive at £39 per month for what it is.

It is still early days, but the nerve in my neck seems to be easing.
My knees were damaged by an achilles tendon rupture, so I cannot sit back on my haunshers, or bend my knees as I used to a year ago. Some of the Pilates or Yogo moves are therefore not done properly.

I'm new. The first set was a little difficult.
Yhe Man is very short and perhaps fine for as he builds a little too short on time but I need to learn the basics so it is all good and consistency on my part is very important because I am 86.

The instructor is great and easy to follow, although some of the moves are difficult for us beginners. Bearing in mind that I also suffer from knees pain. Otherwise, it is great!

Enjoying Yoga-Go so far, it’s easy to use and the tai chi has been good!

I have loved the pace and options to increase the challenge as my journey continues. I also loved being able to choose different series and do these in the comfort of my own home at a time each day that suits. The pace and presentation of all movements is very well delivered and suitable to my ability and I already feel more flexible, co-ordinated and invigorated to continue this journey.

I enjoy the following with the teacher, and it is slow and deliberate, which makes it easy

My body aches and I'm experiencing cramps. These are not working for me.

The instructor is calm and thorough with his technique of teaching the movements
I so look forward to this time every morning with my husband.

I don’t feel like I am doing anything. The ‘exercises” are too easy and too short,

The commercials and ads really caught my attention. I am/was looking for exercises I could do 2/3 times or daily, not long, and target points in the stomach area would be reached. Tai-Chi checked all the boxes. I’m only 7 Days in but my husband has enjoyed as well. Praying to go to the end.
