Poor support & generally ignored
Software works OK with EPOS NOW, except their support is pretty much useless. I had a ticket open for over a month of Ignored emails, no support from management and general silence from the one person I was allowed to talk to, Hugo O’Toole. Very frustrating experience resulting in refunds from EPOS NOW, who seemed equally ashamed of their poor performance. So disappointed. Payouts took three days. Anyone is good when things go right; the test is how you deal with problems and theirs is a hard fail.

This company should be investigated for fraud. Funds are held and they won’t give a reason why. The customer support service keeps you on hold forever and later hang up, asking to leave a voicemail. There is no callback after leaving a voicemail and no answer after more several calls. The WhatsApp customer service ignores texts too. If you want to have your business funds held for no reason then do business with this company.
Coming out of lockdown
Coming out of lockdown, Yoello has been invaluable in generating inline orders. The team have been 101% reactive and supportive whenever I have had a question or issue (usually caused by me not paying attention). I cannot recommend the Yoello platform and their support team enough. They rock (and they're Welsh!). What is not to like?
I have just opened a new Food business…
I have just opened a new Food business and this is my first outdoor trading event, The event is using Yoello to manage the Menus and transactions. I have to say having been involved in many business the Yoello service is excellent. Very easy to use for the vendor and also the customers and looks and looks very professional. The back office support team are amazing and very helpful. I have to give a mention to Kieran Green who is our support contact for the event. He has done a fantastic job in supporting our business in understanding how to use the equipment works and been on hand whenever we need him.
I highly recommend Yoello to help make you food event run smoothly and secure every transaction.

Being a coffee café shop we constantly get calls from different companies trying to sell us their services via platform or apps. Well I can honestly say I received a telephone call from I imagine an outreach team from a company called Yoello via epos now and I spoke to a gentleman called Joe Green, and I can say from the get go (Wow! Wow! Wow!) What a service he was very professional, had a lot of patience with me as I’m not a very techy person and in all honesty the app was running within 24 hours and we’ve already started taking orders and sales I couldn’t be happier. If you’re already on with the major top three platforms selling your food services online you may as well do it yourself because it’s that easy with the help of Yoello. Great fantastic service

We used Yoello at our pub whilst having to do table service through covid and this was a valued asset as it helped staff out during the really busy times, they didn’t have to keep running to tables to take orders … we have stopped using it now as customers can come to the bar but would definitely recommend for bigger pubs etc and we wouldn’t hesitate to get it back again if needed.

Going forward and beyond...
Thank you to the team at yoello, for the great customer service, going forward and beyond, to try the best to care of my problem with the demo, due to the pandemic and the time differencial at USA, was a little challenge to set up a meeting, but i can tell for experience the yoello team has been on top of this matter, they constantly call me or sent me emails to make sure i got all what i need from them.

Goodsheds Barry, Friday. Four diners (two couples) inputted same phone number for orders on same table BUT gave two different card numbers for two separate orders given. System obviously confused. Ended up with guest whose phone number was used paying for most of meals. The second card (no phone number) paying for only one burger. This is unacceptable and has caused embarrassment between friends who have had to rectify error with old fashioned cash. Also was charged for three burgers and only had two delivered to table. We had a lovely time and the food was fab; but would welcome positive response so that this poor experience using Yoello does not deter us from using the excellent Goodshed again.

A no-brainer
