I bought a metal nail file. After using about 4 times the file surface had worn away in places. I complained. They kindly offered to send me a replacement. I accepted the offer but they then told me that Ebay would not allow them to post it. This of course is nonsense. It seems that for the sake of £2.49 ( cost of the item ) they are prepared to squander their reputation. They have tried to falsely blame Ebay because they want to save £2.49. Other reviews on Ebay refer to their practice of sending items without paying the postage so the buyer is charged by Royal Mail on delivery. I wouldn't trust this one-director private company .

Received the instruments but one seemed like it had been used.

Straightforward transaction

The clippers supplied were without maker's marks and the handles on the more expensive clippers were plain and did not match the photographs.

The products where exactly as described, and great quality. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because they said it was 1st class delivery. But it took a bit longer. Other than that can't complain. Every dental item was very well made, and worked perfectly. I used them to remove some plack I had on the back of my teeth. Just be very gentle and careful and you will remove it. Great products they don't rust if you look after them. I would recommend it to everyone.
