I purchased a Podiatry Tool --…

I purchased a Podiatry Tool -- Cantilever Nail Clippers, claimed to be German Forged, priced at £27.19
They are poor quality. Daylight shows through cutting edges when in the closed position. The cutting edges are very poorly machined when viewed through a magnifying glass.
Previous to the above purchase I bought another set of YNR clippers. One of the spring blades, connected to the handles came off and could not be refitted.
I will not be wasting money on a third pair of YNR Clippers

Misleading information and communication

I placed an order for an item. It was acknowledged and I received an email informing me that the item had been dispatched. Then 3 days later I was told that my order had been cancelled because item was out of stock?...But the item I was still showing on YNR and ebay websites? Very confusing?? I nearly ordered other items but this scenario has put me off YNR

Sadly

Sadly, the three replacement bulbs did not have threads, so were unusable! On reporting this problem, I was asked to send photographic evidence (nice to be trusted) I am now awaiting some new bulbs and have offered to return the faulty ones on receipt of a pre-paid label.

Awful Customer Service

Item bought through Amazon. Needed to return it. YNR issued QR code, but deducted postal cost. OK so far. Went to Hermes, they said QR was not usable. Contacted Amazon, they said YNR had to issue new QR code. YNR blame Amazon. I get bounced around. Wasted hours. Only small item. Amazon suggest I pay for 'sign for' post and then get refunded. Not worth the hassle now. Extremely poor service all round, Wont touch them again.
