Excellent support! I received a same-day response to my ticket, and the issue was resolved within hours.

1. Fast service/support, they reply in less than 24h. Comprehensive solutions and recommendations. If it is something they can/is their responsibility to solve, usually they solve in 24h.
2. Always positive, it is a pleasure to collaborate with them.
3. They are interested in solving the situations and do their best.
4. Plugins have yearly subscription. For me it is important because they are not abandoned. The plugins are always updated and have comprehensive support. I prefer plugins with yearly subscription for these reasons.
5. Many other reasons.

Plugins are working good. Good support. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

I've used YITH products for almost as long as I've used WordPress, and they've been great to work with. Their plugins are solid and when there are issues, they offer support with urgency. I really appreciate companies that act like a partner and YITH is one of those!

Using YITH for afew plug-in functions. One that I most use is the add ons. Love the support team- they helped me customize afew features that I wanted to change.

I’ve used Yith Themes for a number of years. They are very professional, quick to respond to enquires and extremely helpful. I would recommend utilizing Yith Themes.

I use several paid plugins by YITH to accentuate a woocommerce store -- waiting list for sold out products, save for later cart add on and I'm just starting to use advanced reviews. They are very stylish and have a good range of options and customizations. The YITH dashboard works well to manage all the settings, including the ability to send response emails automatically when certain conditions are met. When I've had any issues, their support has been fast to respond and help. I've made feature requests that have been added in an update and others that have been handled with snippets, so that's been awesome! :)
