Solid Support
As a small agency, we use several YITH plugins for our WooCommerce clients. When we have encountered issues with a plugin, the support is amazing, in that, they respond quickly and offer a quick fix/solution.
Ticket open for over 30 days
Support is still ghosting us. No solution to our ticket for over 30 days!!! We want our money back. Number is #313426
Current state of the plugin allows for point abuse. Also settings are set to 3% but customers get 5%. What a joke.
Update: the reply is not correct. The ticket has been reopened by us. I also sent other emails and also through linkedin with the goal to get help. NO REPLY so far.
Update: you also did not reply to my other mails. I even messaged on linkedin and also here on trustpilot. I never received a reply for any of my four emails outside of the ticket.

I have two plugin from yith: YITH WooCommerce Advanced Reviews and YITH Booking and Appointment for WooCommerce and my case was that I needed to make a lot of adjustment, yith team is always there to fix my issue and Im greatfull to yith team for that.
Anyone who need professional plugins, I recommand using yith plugins.

Very reliable plugin vendor. I have been purchasing plugins for a few years already, and the YITH team has always provided excellent customer service (pre- and post-purchase), fair prices, and high code quality.
Bought premium
Bought premium plugin used it for about a half year and forget to cancel subscription renewal. After a year it charged for renewal, but when I asked for a refund they refunded even that do not refund for renewals according to the refund policy. 5 stars for customer support 👍

Best Support I have ever experienced. The YITH team are extremely helpful and I strongly recommend them for premium wordpress plugins.
They Care About WordPress, Customers, and Quality
I use a lot of YITH plugins, from "Pre-Order for WooCommerce" and "WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter" to "WooCommerce Barcodes and QR Codes." The plugins are really well built.
One of the things that I judge companies for in the WordPress ecosystem is how much they care about WordPress and its values, because if they don't, then you better not get near them. Companies who care contribute and put things on the WP.org repository for people to use. If they don't care about WordPress, not only will it show in their values and branding, but their product quality will be a mess too, because they don't have any guidelines and standards. I can say that YITH cares, and they are pretty fast in following new standards. They were the fastest company to follow and support blocks in their plugins.
In terms of support, I only have a few encounters with them. You don't need the support too much because, as I said, the plugins are really well developed. You may contact them for a customization, and in those times they will be really respectful and answer your requests. That's another thing that I judge a company for: when you contact them, no matter the request, they answer with respect and they tell you what to do. Even if it's not their area of work, they will guide you to do it yourself, but there are companies who basically answer you "We don't have that" or "We will not be implementing that in the future as well" I can say that YITH is otherwise.
Using YITH plugins with confidence
I have been using YITH Woocommerce plugins across a number of sites now for the past 5 years. They always work well and any issues are resolved quickly and well by their support team. Knowing YITH plugins are well supported gives great confidence when installing across all my sites.
Terrible product support
Terrible product support, nobody replies.
Bought the subscription plugin and the stripe add-on. Seemed to work fine but there is an issue configuring the stripe webhook. I tried their demo and the same error pops up, so looks like a plugin issue. Contacted support but have waited 3 business days and no reply.
Asked agent via chat and they can offer no timeframe for support - so now have to request a refund and look elsewhere.

I've been trying to get through bugs…
I'm back to update my 1 star review after finally getting through the dozens of support tickets I placed. I think there are a lot of usability quirks and design flaws that led me to my initial discontent and belief they didn't fully test this plugin, but now that I understand how to get around the quirks and even bugs, I like it. Maybe I'm being generous with the 4 stars, but I'm very grateful for all the features I couldn't find in any other RFQ plugin. They thought of most everything and, though it's not perfect, it gets the job done just fine.
