I hit a problem in the assembly .

I hit a problem in the assembly of the lawn trimmer. Contacted Yimbly and they agreed I could return it. However to get a new one, I had to re-order !!! By luck, the replacement was slightly cheaper !!!

Attractive and comfortable.

These garden chairs are superb! Attractive and very comfy with cushions and even anti slip mats. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a protective cover. Arrived very quickly although slight confusion as came in 2 separate packages on different days. Very happy overall.

Quick delivery

Product failure. I bought the lawn barber after…

I bought the lawn barber strimmer after reading about in my local press as a great value, effective cordless grass strimmer. It arrived quickly. It was easy to assemble ( except the nut socket tool provided to change the cutting blades was useless).
The strimmer worked well for around 3 uses. It is clearly for light strimming only, but worked well for lawn edging.
Sadly after this it failed to work. I charged the battery overnight, still nothing. I removed the blade and the battery, rechecked the battery again, still nothing.
I contacted the company. After about 2 weeks of emails requesting photos and videos of the “fault”, which was difficult to illustrate as there is no “on/off” light or any other obvious fault other than the motor had stopped working when the switches were pressed, I was advised to return the item.
The company sent a QR code, I had to wrap, scan and print a label, and send the strimmer back. I did this yesterday and received an email confirmation. Fingers crossed now for either a replacement or refund.

Terrible non delivery.

Ordered and paid for. Until evri returned purchase without even attempting to deliver. Use another delivery service!!

The garden chair arrived broken

The garden chair arrived broken, I asked for it to be picked up and was told I could have it for free but it wasn’t any good so o agin I asked for my money back and for it to be collected. After many emails from myself to Yimbly and back again I finally managed to find a telephone number, I rang up , I wish I had asked the ladies name, and explained what had happened, she looked back through the emails and said don’t worry I will sort it out, the next day an email arrived saying it was sorted and the money would be back in my account within 10 days, it was back in my bank 3 days later, I have to thank the lady for excellent customer service but it was a pity it wasn’t done earlier .

Ordered and received a Thompson & Morgan stainless steel hose. Delivery time was 5 days, ordering was easy. The hose has been used a few times this week and is working fine. No complaints.

The shed looks good now it’s finished…

The shed looks good now it’s finished but was difficult to erect parts of it was flimsy and difficult to line holes up. The worse part is the front over the doors it should be corrugated like the rest of the shed

Did they even have it in stock?

The courier says they never received the package, yimbly said the courier lost it, and surprisingly yimbly no longer have it in stock. Yimbly did refund very quickly.
