The process was made very difficult due to our old school lines, technology, previous supplier and open reach - everything that could go wrong did! but Michaela kept me so up to date and chased everything for me and was very friendly and approachable. Keith and Ross the engineers were great, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All three are assets to your team.

I called him about our internet dropping intermittently and within an hour he had contacted our IT Support company and between them have made changes to affect positive change. Really Quick and Helpul
Stephen Carson was so quick to come back to me about a request we had for a short term dedicated line. He made sure I was fully informed about the process and answered any questions I had. Everything was sorted so quickly and we very much appreciate it.
Siobhan was friendly, helpful and had all our information on hand and could easily explain the breakdown of charges and any exceptional charges that I had queried. She also provided information about our contract length and account manager which was useful as I was not involved in setting up our contract with Yellowcom.
Michael and Nattily went above beyond with their detail to the problem taken there time to explain every thing to resolve my on a scale of 1 to 10 they both get A big 12
