We had a new ext. added to one of our offices and I could not see this on the portal. I had previously queried the ext. number as couldn't location it on the portal. Upon direct request to Cameron, Joe (Engineer) looked into this issue quickly and efficiently and were able to resolve the issue for me.

They cold called me today despite my number being on the do not call list. On phoning back I find their number 01 263 5299 does not receive calls but telling me my phone cannot make call, so I have comtacted eir to report a fauly. The have suceeded in steal 20 minutes of my time and more from eir and me when eir come back to me about my "You cannot make calls out" message.

Unethical company. I met with Yellowcom who approached our charity about us moving our internet to them. I liked that they were a small business in Glasgow and that they seemed community minded. I wanted to move from Sky and support them because they are local and seemed very supportive and approachable. I knew we would be paying slightly more which we didn't mind but it turned out that we had been misled. Our bill is now more than double what we were paying with SKY and we have no change in service. It feel they misled us and when we asked to leave the contract they wanted to charge us over £2000 to leave the contract. They have been dishonest and are fake in claiming to support community. They claim to be representing lots of charities so please be aware and read the small print Their sales pitch is very convincing. I would never use them again and usually I don't leave reviews but I feel very strongly about how bad this company is that I felt compelled to write a review. Do not use this company
Carla and Ramos were able to provide us with high speed braodband in one of the toughest places in the country. It was not something we anticipated when we started the project but thanks to Yellowcom and Carla and Ramos we had little to no interruptions as they were able to get us up and running very quickly.
We contacted Yellowcom late in the afternoon and were handled by Cliodhna Kennedy who was very friendly and efficient. We expressed that we were a start up and urgently needed a number for our branding material. She immediately set up a late appointment with Patrick Bolton who set us up quickly and easily and we had our number in a couple of days. We dealt with Kyle Ferreira for onboarding and we were very happy with the service. All staff were a pleasure to deal which is a quality we prize very highly.
