I’ve certainly had more downtime than with my previous provider Giganet. Speeds vary between 900-1900mb on download, although speed guarantee should see this closer to the upper end of the scale. Some... See more

Have been with Yayzi for nearly a year
Have been with Yayzi for nearly a year, and despite some downtime with their migration in December they have been a fantastic multi-gig fibre company to go with. The support, fast speeds, community and the people are what really makes it great. Would easily recommend anyone to sign up.
I have now been with Yayzi for just…
I have now been with Yayzi for just under two years. I went through their migration and experienced slowdowns during this time but I was pre-warned and expected them. My expectations were set and everything went as planned. That is not the reason for my review though.
I have found the support from Yayzi to be very fast and very helpful. This week I had a broken route between my home and a service on the internet causing it to fail. After a few emails Chris from the support team called me without me asking. We worked together with a member of their Network Operations Center to resolve the issues on the phone.
I could never see BT phoning me to work on an issue. Thank you Chris and the team.
Fast speeds and great support for a very good value price. I totally recommend them.
The best customer service I've experienced from a Broadband provider!
We had signed up to Yayzi and moved over from Virgin Media with the promise of faster speeds at a competitive price. Everything was running smoothly for a month until speeds slowed to a crawl. I raised a support ticket through Yayzi's easy-to-navigate customer portal regarding the issue which was answered in mere minutes by Chris, one of the helpful broadband representatives.
Chris explained to me first through a message that the subsidiary company that had installed our services had connected the house to an obsolete network and because of certain delays in our installation we had gone missing in migrating to their new network. When I had further questions Chris opted to call me over the phone to explain clearly and concisely what the issue was and the rough timeframe in which it would be resolved.
With some minor troubleshooting and clear instructions, we were back up and running at the speeds promised.
A huge shout out to Chris for the customer service provided and to Yayzi for supplying a fantastic product and such a short turnaround for a broadband problem to be fixed. I cannot recommend them enough!
This company has been brilliant
This company has been brilliant. I tried getting wifi with them back in possibly august? But due to someone saying there was wifi already in my home it took a long while. Stefan and Martin helped me so much with getting the wifi installed. Now that it is i couldn’t be happier, was getting speed beforehand of up to 15/20mbps on a good day and now i’m above 500mbps so yeah, couldn’t be happier :)
Brillaint all around.
Chris, Martin and the team have been brilliant.
I stumbled across Yazi and can say its been on of the best stumbles in a long time.
We are a small care home and use residential lines over business, when we moved services they made this move as easy possible, Sadly we had to downgrade for a few months while City Fiber put the lines in but they kept us on an open reach line and moved us across as soon as they could.
They have always been helpful and responsive (even with the stupid questions I come out with)
Yazi will be our provider for all our services when the other homes come up for renewal.
I truly appreciate your effort, time and patience with us!
Stable connection is an impossibility with yayzi
It's truly a mystery as to how yayzi is above 3 stars on trustpilot.
I currently pay for their 2000mbps/1000mbps down/up package and have never and I do genuinely mean never seen download speeds reach anywhere close to as advertised. Multiple sites/applications and devices tested. Hell, I'd even go as far as to say it's an impossibility. Naturally I've reached out to support. Request speedtests and it does show around the advertised speed, but it is impossible to reach in a real world scenario.
Another major fault is their support. I've opened a multiple tickets and waited many days for replies just for my list of concerns to be ignored. I follow up with a list of more issues with addition to issues addressed before. Ignored.
Their third and main issue is stability. There is no such thing as stability with Yayzi and there's been more total internet loss in my couple months with Yayzi than there has been in my many years with other ISPs. Congratulations.
The only reason why this isn't a 1 star is their prices aren't absurd. You can still find cheaper for the same speeds though.
EDIT: Changed my review to 1 star due to how awfully unstable their internet service is. Support is useless

Brilliant provider and service
Brilliant provider and service, yayzi have been great I've been with them probably a year now, sure they have had the odd hiccup when they had have to transfer their entire network overnight but that went as well as you could hope, I'm experiencing lower speeds than I should but their support team have not stopped looking in to this for me. Always replying fast.
Excellent provider
Excellent provider. I had City Fibre around on the 11th Feb, they installed the Fibre cable exactly where I wanted it, in the loft space, right next to my server cabinet. I connected straight from the ONT using CAT6 cable to my firewall, applied the VLAN id and boom 1.2Gbit symmetrical, with ping times to google DNS of 7ms and 1:1 contention ratio, so I have full speeds all day every day. I requested a static IP address by submitting a ticket to Yayzi, within 5 minutes I received a response. They submitted the request to the NOC and within 24 hours I had a static IP. I simply had to restart my firewall for it to pick up the new IP from the ONT. Overall I'm really happy, great service, great network and a great price.
I had the worst experience in my life
I had the worst experience in my life, three weeks no internet service, Liam and Chris from customer complaint tried to help but their hands are tight because there is no update no information available and the customer is left hanging to dry. Yayzi are very efficient in taking the monthly payment despite not providing a service. AVOID

Blazingly fast, incredibly transparent ⚡
Yayzi is a 5* company. They're very active on their community forum, they're receptive to feedback. There's even a Discord server full of friendly community members.
They've had some teething issues (quite a new ISP) but compared to the incumbents in the industry, they're phenomenally upfront with their mistakes and they do everything in their power to give honest, accurate information. No BS about engineers turning up, etc. They know what they can fix and they know what they rely on CityFibre to fix and are happy to point that out to their customer base.
Speed is second to none! Can get up to 2.3gbps up and down in areas they support. Latency is fantastic. Don't believe (all) the hate in some late-2024 reviews. I've only had to contact support once or twice for minor things but Yayzi is leagues ahead of my previous ISPs (VM, Giganet/Cuckoo).
THE BEST TEAM
I can honestly say this company have been so helpful with me on a Newley single parent and new to all this broadband and they helped me every step off the way,I’m honestly so grateful (even when I got grumpy)they stuck with me,100% helpful 100% honest, looking forward to a lot more years off being with you 😊
This review is in regards to Yayzi…
This review is in regards to Yayzi Mobile which I have just tested, unfortunately the service wasn’t worth the cost I used 650GB’s in a month and the data was cut off without sufficient warning when other networks throttle you or allow you to continue using data I still hate the fact that the UK hasn’t got rid of the word unlimited when it’s not in fact unlimited even a fair use policy doesn’t make it unlimited I’m now with Three directly and have used 2.5TB of data and they haven’t throttled or restricted me or cut me off in any way as they offer truly unlimited data.
Excellent service
I have nothing but praise for Yayzi, stable connection and great speed.
There were problems during migration but I was always kept updated.
Working from home today and lost connection around 11:00.
Job involves verification of hundreds of payments to bereaved families by a deadline.
Email to support, response within minutes and identified it was not a Yayzi issue, ticket raised with CF.
Going above and beyond CF where called to prioritise the issue.
I was kept updated as things progressed by Yayzi team.
Turned out to be an area wide issue which was resolved in a couple of hours.
Fortunately I have an exceptional team who I work with to cover the downtime.
You wouldn’t get this service from some of the bigger providers, let’s hope they don’t notice and try to buy Yayzi out.
I would not advise anybody to use this company. The staff go home at 5 o’clock so it’s a waste of time emailing them and it seems to always go off at 5 pm. I must be turning up at their end to say power.
I have a 18 months contract, no phone number of more times than it’s actually working

I’m so disappointed
I’m so disappointed! At first the internet speed was very promising all working very fast no issues at all, I have been with Yayzi for 3 months the first half of was completely fine however, the last month and a half have been horrendous!!
At first I noticed an issue with only being able to see and access US websites when connected to my WiFi that issue has stopped about roughly a month, however, my internet is absolutely awful now, not only is it really slow it also cuts off sooooo many times throughout the day, sometimes it goes of for a few seconds, sometimes for a few minutes and currently it’s been disconnected for an hours it’s absolutely ridiculous, I’m paying for a connection which I’m not having and to top it off it’s so hard to reach out to them?? Please fix this as there’s so many people leaving these reviews and this needs to be sorted ASAP I work from home and relay on my internet ae surely many others do!!!

since i've had this its now gone wrong…
since i've had this its now gone wrong seven time it could be the modem or the line they have no phone number to ask someone for advice or to find out if there is a fault Im paying for a service 24/7 and can not expect that as don't no when it well not go down from 5 minutes or for hours and I thought this would be better than the last lot and they where bad I was wrong you cant even ask the cable company if these a fault as they don't care either roll on the end of this 18 months
Avoid
Been with Yayzi for over 6 months and have seen the service, performance and promises all poorly executed. The performance on a 1.2Gbps+ package, we were getting on average (using Ookla, thinkbroadband, others) 340MBps download/445MBps upload over a period of 3 months. Yayzi service on Discord was helpful to a point, mainly patronising comments they knew about the network and their speeds were performing fine. Explained that we have upgraded hardware network at home - WIFI 7 Mesh network, CAT7 cable throughout, Switches (2.5G/10G ports). We have combination of wireless and wired products, and the test was always done using wired connections. The internal connections were all tested with a Fluke LIQ-Kit instrument. They spent weeks upgrading the network, but amateur mistakes and frustrated customers paying for their mistakes we received nothing in return except empty excuses they will go bankrupt if they payed compensation. Then they changed our IP to 213. which meant all of our traffic was passed through the US, which meant, google searches returned US centric / $ items. Even accessing some sites were prohibited. We contact their support email, discord channel and private messaged 'admin' on there and had NO response. We tolerated for weeks and now installed a second non-Yayzi line which is performing at the promised speeds. We will be moving soon.

yes i joined yayzi at the wrong time with there network upgrade how any one can leave a bad review on them over the last couple of weeks is beyond me all information was there to see now the network is back to normal and they must me the only internet provider iv ever known to be there well in to the night to sort any problems ill give them 1000% the best provider iv ever delt with they care about you get your service and give 100% and more to sort it as fast as they can so keep up the good work guys your doing a fantastic job
Consistently poor and unreliable
Been a Yayzi customer for a while but its been consistently poor - numerous connection issues over a long period of time, latency issues and poor speeds constantly handwaved away as being 3rd party issues (that later all turn out to exclusively be the fault of Yayzi). Culminated in a period of over a week where customer speeds were throttled down so low the internet was completely unusable, failed network wide changes at peak times and even users being given IP addresses that geolocated them to Iran and made using basic amenities like online shopping completely unusuable.
Please, please please do not waste your time with this company. It's not worth your sanity.
They are lucky even 1 star service is…
They are lucky even 1 star service is crap had been for while constant excuse it’s fine at exchange or our end well the fact is I don’t live at the exchange or there place I live at a home which Alexa is driving me mad with sorry the internet is not reachable at the moment this happens several times a day and then even when on it freezes so watching a film is like filling in the blanks there customer service is crap the response and attitude of people just needing sorted is crap . I am not looking for sympathy but I am stuck in wheelchair and rely o its service if I need help but not good just sort it or donate right thing dissolve and give business to someone who cares
