Completely trash site. Made a couple deposits and have never hit a bonus game. Can’t make a ticket to support to cancel my account because it says my email does not exist. Do not recommend. Very terrible casino
Very, very, very trash casino. If you're looking to play at an online casino, this isn't the one. SMH.
They'll take your deposits from almost any payment source, but when it's time to cash out, they'll only let you use certain banks. Meanwhile, other online casinos offer multiple payout options and can even send the funds directly to your debit card. Most casinos also accept PayPal, Cash App, and Chime.
From what I've seen, if you win anything at Yay Casino, it feels like they'll try everything they can to tell you your documents are wrong or that they can't use your bank... and then another bank... and another one.
Play MODO.us, CrownCoins Casino, or FunzCity Casino instead. They've been much better in my experience and make sure you receive your winnings.
Just trying to save you all some frustration.
