They closed my account with my money in it and they will not give me the money that I have in my account. I have reported them to the BBB and they still will not give me my money. The next step is the attorney general. This place needs to be shut down due to shotty business practices. I have tried reaching out to them and they continue to ignore me with no response. They use "player safety" as the reason for closing my account and in reality it was because I complained about their games messing up and I refused to take a time out from playing. That doesn't give them the right to steal my money.
You tell me to email you and I have several times yet you continue to ignore me. You have stolen my money and I want what belongs to me. You say you take player safety seriously however you continue to ignore my emails to you . What about player money that you have taken from me?
See I emailed you like you told me to and no response. Typical, you have been doing this for months now. Again this business needs to be shut down for their shotty business practices. I never asked for my account to be closed nor did I ask for a self exclusion. You have denied me access to my money.

Ok so I’ve been with yay casino since the day they reopened. Went through the wringer to get verified. Ok now it’s been a year of me getting redemptions to the same bank, about 20 redemptions approximately. My bank returned a $51 deposit back to yay stating the receivers name needs to be on deposit. So what changed. Now yay has my doing kyc again when I had to pay to get the documents to prove my residence a year ago. Also wrote me back stating I must have put the bank details in wrong. No, that’s impossible, I or no one else can manually change their bank details cause it’s locked with only your last 4 account numbers showing. So now I’m having to fight to prove my identity again. They have done this to a few people. I’ve had every single redemption from yay and all sister sites go to the same bank every single time and not a single different bank. So imagine all the redemptions that went through. I’m shocked at this company. Especially being part of priority play. They are so wrong and won’t take the time to understand the issue is on them not placing our names as the recipients on the deposit to our banks. I still can’t believe support told me I must have put the details in wrong. When, 20 redemptions ago?

There are somethings that could be better. I wish they didn't have a $50 minimum to cashout it should be $25 minimum it will attract more people to play.I hate when you're playing and the game kick you out. I also don't like them not doing anything when you play and lose your payout because the game freeze and the fish tables don't show your transactions so you lose out. Other than that it's great when you cash out you recieve your money, but they are slow on approving your cash out sometimes. Ocean King, 3 super volcano and Pig up is by far my favorites. Try it to see if you like it.
