Great service from Yakwaz, shame about our royal mail parcel man though!
Yakwaz have been great. Poor delivery by Royal Mail though. Parcel left on garden next to gates in pooring rain. Could have been stolen by any passer by.

It is infuriating when we entrust companies like Royal Mail only to see this is how they have treated our extremely valued customers.
I have emailed you personally in detail about how we will proceed with a formal complaint about your postman and hopefully get to the bottom of this, especially as we don't want you to experience this with any of your other deliveries from Royal Mail.
As stated in the email we are at your disposal should you need to discuss anything further and we will make sure this is ironed out for you.
