Great price, but returns are at your expense.
Can't fault the service, price or communication but unfortunately the shoes didn't fit which means having to fork out return postage as they don't offer a free return option.

As you can see from the attached photo, the tube containing the moisturiser has a hole in the bottom & the contents have leaked in to the packaging.
What is your policy in these circumstances?
Will you be sending a replacement?
