Got a "professional" hair straightener from this company. My $10 Wal-Mart straightener is more professional than this piece of junk. The cheap plastic is so rough all it does is grab your hair. It's nothing like advertised. Their return policy of 3 days is a joke. I immediately emailed them the same day I recieved it as and all they offered was $5 compensation for my dissatisfaction. Seriously if you were honest you would stand behind your guarentee. Run away from this company and their piece of junk products .

Total piece of garbage. Made from the flimsiest and cheapest materials possible. Cost to make is pennies and they have the nerve to charge so much and make such outlandish claims. This is SCAM product. DON’T BUY IT! it’s made in China, all plastic and stiched by Neanderthals! They can’t even stitch right. Writing this review and preventing others from getting SCAMMED by this company is much more gratifying than the hassle of requesting a refund -which you’ll never see. You’re truly dealing with SCAMMERS who are out to take your money. Check out the stitching done by these Neanderthals in the pics and take a look at the vinyl/plastic material. Also take a look at the flimsy wrapping 4” x 6” this piece of garbage is sent to unsuspecting suckers - obviously they don’t care about the product, packaging or anything. THEY’RE OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. Don’t fall for their lies. The people who did their advertising should be sued.

I ordered 8 of the flaming landscape lights and all I received is the bulbs. I want my 64.00 back or this will get turned into the BBBand I won’t be quiet on Facebook about this either!

Facebook shouldn't allow this type of products to be sold trough them.Three times I purchased goods from Facebook advertising and was total rubbish.They pretend they are global companies,but is all from China.

No where to return an item. They must not exist. The return info is printed on this little slip that I can read with magnifing glass.

Ordered light bulbs from a facebook ad, they purposely sent me an unpopular colour and then recommended that I give them as gifts or sell them and reclaim some of my money. Thankfully I used paypal.

I ordered a hair trimmer via a facebook ad and when I tried it, it would pinch the hairs constantly and was so bad I stopped using it!
it also states in VERY TINY words on the paperwork that it is non returnable if the product has no quality related issues.

Do not be pulled in by any of their ads on Facebook or anywhere else. I saw a lite weight posture brace that I thought would be perfect for my back. It arrived yesterday and I put it on, I am not a large size, but the shoulder straps cut into my arms and when taking it immediately off the flimsy stitches in the back came partially undone.
I was going to send it back for a refund, but the paperwork says, “To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.”
I will chalk this off as a lesson, had I known this company was out of China, I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. BEWARE!

Bought a straightener and it was broken.
Asked me to show proof of purchase which i did and then Evelyn said it wasnt frim them.

I have ordered a set of like KEG3 drills, but no drill was inside.There was only 2 pcs of 14 that i have ordered. I have send the request today and waiting to see if anyone will reply.
Hope it was not a scam.

Later review, they have replied me and want to turn half of money back. So far so good. Must say that it was correct so far. I will write a review as soon as i get the refund.

Bought a universal gravity air vent car mount for $19.99 plus shipping, open the cheap packing up, box crumbed up, product broken. Went to their website, hahahaha won't load it.

All I received was a card for 20% off my next order, and 10 tablets. No instructions. I had to go YouTube for instructions. WASTE OF MONEY!! Doesn't do anything! No way to contact them, except email, and never got a response. What a scam! Please, don't waste your money!!

This company is a scam..they uses professional images and videos but the products they send you is totally different to what's being advertised. I recently purchased a back brace, and i received pieces of elastic sewn together in the shape of a back brace but it obviously can't be used because the pieces are sewn together with the thinnest thread. This website, along with several others (Daily shop page on Facebook) and a link (which Trustpilot won't allow me to add here) . I knew it was too good to be true for the price of the back brace...I just didn't the people behind this company had the heart to scam us like that. It's like you pay for an Aston Martin but get one sent to you that's made from cardboard with a scooter engine in it - totally different!! They had the cheek to reply to my emails saying the product works and it;s good etc etc...when i know for a fact they themselves would NEVER use the useful products they sell on their websites.. Disgusting! I believe in KARMA and you will get what you deserve for scamming customers like this!!

LED flame effect flickering light bulb, yellow flame. Rip Off Merchants? 10/10/2018
Flame effect on both still and movie adverts look pretty real. Looks nothing like and that with the actual product! When I switch on and off to change the effect (as instructed), the realistic flickering fire that you see on their advert, just doesn’t happen at all.
Space to fill in name etc for return form, 1.5mm wide! As is their lettering on their returns policy. Awaiting reply to my refund claim with interest, just in case it's a faulty bulb.

I have now had no reply and it is Wednesday 31st October 2018 – 21 days later.
Only option left to phone China at 60p/minute on my Virgin package, or pay £8 per month for free calls, for what may be just one call. Just weighed the bulb, 100 grams with original packaging (and checked Post Office postage (0345 722 3344), which refers you back to the Net and then cuts off!!) I give up!! I won’t be buying from China or sending parcels via the Post Office (worst helpline I’ve experienced!) for some time, or this company, ever! Good luck! Barry
