I wish I could give this company zero stars. I ordered reusable leakproof bowls that they say are better for the environment than plastic. They don't work at all. They don't close properly or stay closed at all. I contacted them and was told to send a video of myself trying to use this, which is a joke, and I don't feel like jumping through hoops for a company whose sole purpose is to rip people off.I hope paypal can help me resolve this. Also their phone number for their customer service is fake

I wish I could give this company a kick in the BUTT. they sent me some wig that look like nothing I ordered. I had to give it away. I will not order anything that is presented on Face Book again. They can have that I have learned from experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. FULL OF BULL.

Overseas scam!!! Be cautious when using Facebook links to follow when purchasing items advertised there. xz-blue is a terrible and corrupt company. They will send you a product, but it will be wrong. Then they will offer to let you keep the crap, and refund you 30%. Useless.

It's a swindle. The item I received was worthless. Not only is it not like described there is no way I can even use it as anything other than a doorstop. Maybe not even that.

I have ordered professional shape contour and they have sent me two packs of pencils!!!
After complain they try to persuade me that I have ordered that.
This company just make money on cheating people.
Don´t send them money. Don´t buy anything from them!!!!!!

I wish I had read all the reviews of this company first. Do not use them! The sizing on this waterproof light jacket I ordered was incorrect and faulty as the hood didn't fit at all. It was not well made. They asked to see a photo showing the incorrect sizing which I sent. I emailed them wanting a free return and a refund. They wouldn't give the address to send back and said I would need to pay to send it back myself as ' we are not responsible for the returning shipping fee' and 'it would cost $20 to send back'. We emailed backwards and forwards for a week and in the end due to lack of energy and time to continue I agreed to receive just half my money back into Paypal and keep the jacket (which I can't use).
This does not seem to be a proper business and people need to be aware.

Purchased two shower heads that were supposed to improve my water pressure. what i joke. i have a bad prostrate and could produce better than the promised. Very disappointing.

Do not use this company. Ordered the ziplock reusable bowls and what a joke! They come with plastic slides that do not fit. I tried to get my money back as it offered a guarantee however they do not communicate. Will be writing to get them off of Facebook. A complete scam. A total rip-off. If I were to steal from someone I would go to jail but these people are stealing from everybody legally. Do not use them!

If I could give no stars I would this company are the worst I have ever dealt with I ordered and paid for two pairs of their swim/beach shoes, they are not the cheapest but I light the patterns on them I ordered two pairs of size 37/38 I received two pairs of 40/41 ... Firstly they didn’t arrive in time for the holiday secondly having sent the wrong size I spent the next 10 months emailing them to asked to send the right sizes and for me to return these they repeatedly asked me to send them photographic evidence that they belong to them even having done this they still never resolved the issue I have now donated them to a charity shop and will never again deal with this useless company

Agree this company is a big ripoff. Ordered a phone case that was supposed to provide total phone functionality with the case closed and it does nothing. Paid with paypal and I will get my money back.

Bought 2 pairs of pants & they shipped wrong sizes. It took almost 2 months to get them after sending several emails requesting updates.

I got the pants. They were 2 different brands & wrong sizes.

They were not willing to take them back.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews first like everyone else said. Nothing else to say but do not and I repeat do not buy “S” from this company buyer beware.

I wish I had the option to not give any starts...ordered two pairs of tactical pants that I was guaranteed were true to size but were way to small. Tried contacting the seller to get return information only to get an auto response. So after reading all the other negative responses I decided to not mess around with arguing with these people and disputed with my credit card.

Order AACG87671 Bought 4 pair of pants for $120 size xl 36-38 waist with 34” inseam. I get 4 pairs of pants marked xl yet waist is 32” an inseam 30”. You have to contact with in 3 days for return/refund I did so in less then 24, an today get a msg saying shipping back would cost too much they will give me 30% back am I satisfied? An they would be taking a loss. Ummm, I spent $120 I’m out 70% no I’m not satisfied. If they don’t want returns try selling an making the item posted. Every time they respond they would ask for more proof. Sent confirmation pic, email with new confirmation because they gave out the wrong one, pic of package, each serial number on pants, pics of pants, all emails an a pic of their return policy with Day I paid on pay pal an exact amount. This company is seriously screwed up I’m a veteran an will be posting this to as many sites as possible

Oh Boy. Now I a scared. Wished I had read all these reviews before purchasing a pair of clippers to use on my little puppy. I just plugged them in and have not used them yet. Will write a review after they are charged and I use them. Not very hopeful after reading all these comments.

Product is not as advertised, sizing off completely. Email address does not exist. BUYER BEWARE! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. FACEBOOK should remove them as advertisers.

I wish I saw this before I bought items on here, but now I know, and since they are on FB selling there products I will make sure no one will buy from them. I'll also be reporting them.
