While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Worked at Xplor ...

Worked at Xplor While the workplace is fast-paced and KPI-driven, my experience highlighted several structural issues that candidates should be aware of.

The recruitment process was inconsistent: I was contacted months after my initial applications, and the role was offered without the usual reference checks that most UK employers require.

Training and onboarding were limited. Expectations were high from the first days, but the support provided did not match the pace required. This created a gap between what was demanded and the tools given to succeed.

Another challenge was the lack of consistency in how support was distributed among staff.
I observed clear differences in how some employees received guidance, coaching and tolerance for mistakes, while others were expected to “catch up” on their own.
This created an uneven environment where performance wasn’t always assessed on equal terms.eedback was sometimes contradictory, and although I requested additional one-to-one training, it was not provided.

When I experienced a health issue during probation, the company chose to terminate my contract immediately. While legally acceptable, it did not feel supportive or employee-focused.

Xplor may suit candidates who thrive under pressure, learn extremely quickly, and are comfortable in a very metric-focused environment.
Those who expect structured training, consistent communication, and equal support across team members may find the culture difficult.

PerfectMind / Xplor has been charging…

PerfectMind / Xplor has been charging my account without authorization since November 2024, and after multiple attempts to contact customer service, I’ve received no response.

As a business owner, this kind of billing abuse and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I’m now taking this public in hopes of getting a resolution.

I urge other users to check their billing statements and be cautious.

I’m also reporting this to consumer protection agencies and disputing the charges with my bank.
