Fast and good price but why offer free stuff??
Fast and good quality. Why do you offer free stickers but not give them with the order? I'm not particularly bothered about this but I found it strange that this did not happen. Very happy with the key lat jeans. Nice and warm with the extra layer of cotton on the upper leg!!

2nd order, always missing item
This is my 2nd order through xlmoto, yes prices are good, but there is always a missing item. This time I ordered a battery charger from oxford and it is not working. It is in its way back to them.

Good website and smart customer support
Good:
1. Your website is good and easy to search among all in Sweden. Keep it up.
Good usability on mobile devices also. Give your software engg a pat on back and a raise :)
2. Your customer service guy knew that the kevlar jeans i wanted to use with knee-protection inside it, has to be 2 sizes bigger. 2+ points there. Great customer support personals who actually are into MC world and use the products.
Can improve:
1. First time i bought, gloves from you guys.
2. Seconds time i bought a full clothing with helmet worth 10K plus. But you sent me a newsletter telling me about some cheap deals on your website. You should have sent me things which i didn't buy in my big purchase. That was hydration pack, inner cap for helmet.
Someone who bought stuff worth 10K plus is probably not interested in cheap helmet deal.
3. Your showroom in Alvjo doesn't have much of goodies at checkout counter. Like i was looking to buy head-scarf to wear inside the helmet. There was XLMOTO branded one but was sitting way outside anyones reach to check out.
You should buy me a beer for such a detailed review. :)

Very good service overall
Extremely quick delivery – got my order in less than 2 days. Competitive prices too. Only complaint is that when my order went through it turned out I had to pay by invoice (extra charge) instead of making the payment online. I called customer service immediately but they said they were unable to change this for me.
