Scam site!! Took my money then completely disappeared into thin air, no order confirmation email or anything, been trying to contact them to no avail! Think I’m just going to have to cut my loses but DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM!!

I saw my item advertised on line at a competitive price but it was out of stock; then I noticed Xikiki advertising the item at a slightly lower price, so I signed up to this dreadful company. They took what was described as a 'deposit' from me and found the item for me on a website at the price they advertised BUT - here's the catch, the price did not include VAT and postage, which added about 50% of the cost of the item on to the bill. Obviously I did not continue with the purchase at such an extortionate price, and had to day goodbye to my 'deposit' payment as they do not do refunds. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL ONLY WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING.

Avoid at all costs - this is a con. Totally misleading - they do not provide the item. Someone charges you to find the item at a crazy inflated price - by doing the online search you have already done. Completely dishonest website and company. A fraud.

Absolute scammers. Whatever you do, don't engage. They will take a percentage payment then lock you out of your account. DO NOT DEAL WITH XIKIXA

If possible to give 0 would have given that. Cheater don't fall for their ads.

Wish I had looked up reviews for xikixi first, feel so stupid! Do not use this, it's a search service you get charged for...I thought you could buy from seller directly but didn't realise until too late. They sent me a link to ebay for an item I wanted, which didn't work and now they won't refund me because I'm not happy with them. I believe they are a Spanish company and everything has to be translated.

Website name and where they're based should've alerted me. They portray themselves as selling items, but they only act as searchers. They came up with a seller whose base price was cheapest (£53), but slapped on an additional £20.50 P&P, which made them significantly more expensive than Bitiba. I'd already found this seller and disregarded them. Order not pursued with these clowns, but still charged £12.61.

I thought this was a company selling items through vaious suppliers. They advsertise as if it is their products, you click on the item you think you are buying and turns out its not and then they charge you without having any products. The products they came up with was not the item i clicked on. Confronted them and they just said it said everything, well it was not clear if so many others have had the same experience. If i could give this no stars, i would. Just been conned out of £28.

Should have known better. It's a scam.
They will quote a price significantly below what you can find online, but after you pay them their fee, the cheapest price they offer changes to the cheapest price you see on Google, which you could have used yourself. The initial price you see is invented to sucker you in. No refund: how is this legal?

This is a scam site don't go near by the time you realise it is too late. They charge you to search for a great deal. I lost about £11. Run away from this site. The bargains are not real.

DO NOT USE......SCAM ..AFTER PAYING WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A DEPOSIT AND THEN CHECKING BANK AS NOT HEARD FROM THEM..THEY HAD TAKEN £36...,TRIED GOOGLING ORDER NUMBER AFTER A WEEK ONLY TO FIND A SPANISH MESSG FROM KABIR TO SAY THEY HAD FOUND A BIKE £60 MORE THAN THE ONE I HAD SEEN ON EBAY WHICH THEN HAD UNSOLD OUT OF TIME ON IT....DO NOT USE THIS SITE WE HAVE NOTIFIED OUR BANK ..BEWARE

A moment of weakness. Fortunately a low cost item, but it was advertised for £16.95 on this site. Like others I committed to buy and charged £5.40 which I thought was a deposit, but no it was there fee to do me a search, after which I end up buying through Amazon (France). After currency conversion cost me just over £20. So I’ve come out okay, about £2 cheaper than UK if it arrives. Took me an age though to cancel Prime on the French site. I certainly won’t be using them again.

I believe I've just gave them £17 of my hard earned money for information and not the pop vinyls i thought i was ordering.If you take the time to read everything before paying you will notice its just someone sending you a link and not you buying an item.Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY.

I believe the business is genuine but pretty useless in my opinion and slightly untrue in what they advertise. They operate a 2 phases search, whereby they take some money off you to search (essentially on google) and then send you a link on some "trusted" site for you to follow up and buy from that site, not them. Essentially, I had found that trusted website on my own but went with Xikixi because it was cheaper. The product I was buying was advertised at £249 on the website. They took £50 off me for a basic google search and then told me what I already knew, but the same product on this trusted website was at £299. So I paid £349 overall for a product advertised at £249 initially. Don't bother with them, not worth it, perhaps not technically scammers but not much better.

I thought I was buying a product from them but it turns out I wasn’t. I paid them a small percentage of the cost of the item and they sent me a link to the product I wanted which was almost double the price that what it was shown on there website. I wouldn’t have minded paying the small percentage if I could have got the product for the amount they showed as it would have still been cheaper but the link the gave to the product was more expensive than buying it anywhere else. Very deceiving and unethical.

What an utter scam. I placed an order for a microwave at £64.49 and all I got was a search result indicating the cheaoest price was £121.49. But they charged me £9.75 for the search which is easy enough to do myself via Google. In fact I found this xikixi website via Google. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM.

Even the enail account for queries is automated.
